We completely tore down and remodeled our Primary Bedroom, Bathroom and built a Walk in Closet. We have performed 7 similar scope of renovations in the past. After experiences with numerous suppliers in the past we went with Fox for our material. You name it they had it. Their showroom inspired many ideas for the renovation. Their designer , Donna, was talented and extremely communicative and ensured our order was exactly what we wanted and tracked our cabinetry from order to delivery (on time). We worked with Mark on numerous orders and his knowledge of products was incredible and his coordination with our General Contractor for order status and delivery was beyond reproach. I very rarely write reviews but the Fox team certainly exceeded all expectations and most certainly earned this review. Too bad I can only give 5 stars and not more!

Had to remodel our bathroom in our house - and we only have a single bathroom. So, I spent a decent amount of time looking at vanities, toilets, bathtubs, fixtures, etc. across different stores and online.

Wound up stumbling into Fox Home Center while checking out different places.

Honestly, Fox Home Center is probably not the best place to go if you are looking for the cheapest option. But, if you want quality items and, at least from what I experienced, a near "one stop shop" with good customer service, I would recommend Fox Home Center.

Mark was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was honest with me. The vanity I originally wanted, he explained, would not arrive in time for our project. So, he helped me find a great alternative. We wound up buying a "display" mirror for a significant discount and we love it. Mark made sure the display was not damaged (a real challenge as this was a big mirror) with shipping.

Something that made me trust Mark- to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off, on my own, I went to manufacturer (Moen) website. Turns out Mark was offering me the Moen "sale price", the lowest price that Moen would give if you worked with them directly. That made me feel pretty good, as I had not even asked Mark to give me a discount.

When I asked to ship all this stuff to my house, there was no problem or fee. He kept it all together for me at the store as each time arrived, making it easy to keep it together. All items arrived and installed as described.

To really top off the good customer service - the Toliet we ordered wouldn't fit (not Mark fault, because Contractors didn't measure until end of project). But, Mark took the Toliet back without hesitation and gave me a full refund.

I plan on purchasing from them again in the future, and I am happy to support a local business.

Enough with the complaints someone didn't stalk your every move through the store in case you had a question. If you're that needy go shop at a car dealer.

The real crime is the lack experience these workers have in ordering product. Three "experts" in deck building couldn't figure out how many floor boards we needed for an existing deck rebuild. They scrambled to their calculators and still couldn't figure it out. All the while two of them bickered back and forth about what size boards should be used. We went back home to figure out ourselves. The order arrived quickly and was unceremoniously dumped in our driveway. Thankfully nothing was broken. Go somewhere else.
