This company is the best! We highly recommend them for product and especially service. Their technician, Kenny, has been very helpful in fitting and adjusting our storm windows on our sun porch as the wood frames around them change over time due to weathering (screens in the spaces in the summer). They came out the day we called them. We would not call any other company. Thanks, Genesco!

Highly Recommend! I was in the middle of getting my house ready to sell and realized that three of my windows would not pass inspection: one wouldn't open and two wouldn't stay open. I assumed that I was going to need to get the windows replaced. I called several window companies to get quotes and when I got to Genesco, they were the only ones that told me that fixing them rather than replacing them was an option. They came out to my house to look at the windows, at no charge, to see if they were repairable; it turns out they were. In less than a week, they got the parts in for my windows and had all three repaired.
The fact that they gave me the option to fix them when no other company had, speaks volumes about the type of company they are. Their honesty, customer service, and the quality of their work made a hectic time in my life (moving!) much easier. Thanks so much to Kristin and the rest of the team at Genesco! You have a customer for life and one that will rave about you as much as possible. Thanks!

My favorite place to buy a window. No ridiculous inflated prices that pay for intrusive ad campaigns. Just reliably good windows predictable quality. A family owned business the likes of which is getting real hard to find these days.

Great customer service. I had a broken window and called someone today to get an estimate. They sent Ken out and he was able to give me an estimate and replace my window all before lunch. Ken was friendly, quick, and did a great job.

I went there for a window part and the guy wasn’t very friendly. He said he didn’t have the part and didn’t bother to look to me in the eyes or offer any other options. Very dismissive and cold. Maybe because I’m a latina? Definitely taking my business elsewhere.
