A little late on this review so sorry GF! I called GF twice. Once to repair a broken window and just like the other reviews said the quote was reasonable, all my questions were answered, the replacement was done very well and quick. That's really good service. Where GF goes from Good to Great is the other time I called. I had an issue with a window I replaced with a different company. They said it could be two weeks before they can send someone out. The issue was it was stuck open and I was hours away from a downpour. I called GF. GF was not in the area and wouldn't make it in time so he had me describe the windows and had me try a couple of things. I'm just a few minutes, the window closed. GF has earned a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

Had a large window with glass broken, called for estimate. Greg came out right away, gave me a great price compared to any other place in McHenry County. Two weeks later Greg came out again and I have a new window. He was very professional and very nice, and definitely would use GF Glass again. Thank you.

Found GF Glass Services online, with MANY 5 star reviews. Called, and spoke with Greg, and he came to give us an estimate on bay window, and again on custom made garden window. Greg was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He measured everything twice, and gave us a great price for the job. We set up a date for the repair work to be done, and he arrived right on schedule. All work was more than well done, and he took care with keeping our home clean and safe. Any more work with our windows in the future will be done by Greg. Absolutely the best!

GF Glass is great! Everything from start to finish ran smoothly. Greg is very attentive he came out the next day to give us a quote and explained in great detail what was needed and gave us a realistic timeline when the job would be completed which we appreciated. We definitely will use them again and highly recommend.
