We had the glass replaced in our windows along the back of our house. Pretty quickly one of the window seals broke and I've been trying to have it replaced ever since. After emails and calls they sent two different people out here to measure the window and then they never follow up again. We also experienced a leak around another of the replaced glass sections. It was big cost saving to replace just the glass but in the end, this has been a complete headache and not something I'd ever do again based on this terrible experience.

Called Glass Doctor and they were able to get me an appointment right away. My technician was James Hartness, he was very friendly and professional. He replaced my glass window in no time and on the same day. He even cleaned up the broken glass that was there before him.

Would recommend to anyone needing their glass replaced by a professional and done fast.

Wow, I couldn't believe how pricey it was when I contacted Glass Doctor for window replacements! Tony Sylvia came over and gave me an estimate of $9500. Outrageous! So, I decided to reach out to two other companies. Surprisingly, they provided me with the exact same description: tampered, tinted, and insulated windows in a sleek gray color, all made of aluminum. And the best part? Their estimates were significantly lower than Glass Doctor's! The second company quoted me $3200, while the third one went slightly higher at $3720. However, I have to give credit to Glass Doctor for being the only company that actually showed up and provided me with an estimate within two days. Plus, they didn't charge me for it, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, their pricing just didn't seem reasonable compared to the other options I had explored..

Poor communication between their technicians and customers. It was not made aware to me that I wouldn’t be able to get the same exact window. When the window came in, the technician offered to have it switched to the closest thing. It showed up incorrect the second time. The third time was poorly made but the technician and manager indicated they had no problem fixing it. The technician called me a week later that he had the same windows and the manager would call me. I missed the managers call and they then refunded my deposit without communicating to me the option to accept one of the ones that already came in. Had there been an issue, I would’ve appreciated the opportunity to come to an agreement rather than just cancelling my order.
