Walking into Gorman Brothers I was greeted by a wonderful young lady by the name of Lauren. I was quickly assisted by her when I explained what I was looking for.

Our dishwasher suddenly quite working about 2 months after the warranty expired. We had purchased it from a "big box" store, but Gorman Bros were more than happy to come out and help us get it going again. Parish was our service tech and he came in super knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to get us back to normal dishwashing. Thank you so much Parish and Gorman Bros for being amazing and helping us out! I had no idea they would service appliances not purchased from them, but they did and we couldn't be happier!

Customer service is horrible
I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying anything from this company. We have a brand new Whirlpool washer that has been broken for the 2nd time doing the same thing and we can’t even get satisfied. All we hear is our parrot haven’t shipped. How a brand new washer is broken and we haven’t even had it for 1 year and the part is not being shipped. Whirlpool told me they can’t do nothing because Gormon haven’t notified them of the issue…..just great!

Lauren was the absolute best! She was very informative, suggesting which dishwasher to purchase. The customer service was spot on and I will 100% be purchasing all of my appliances from Gorman Bros in the future!

I shopped here because we wanted to go local and thought we would get better customer service than a big box store. Wrong. There were issues with
my new refrigerator and the customer service was rude and condescending. After delivery, I called and told them my refrigerator did not work. They told me to give it time. Three days later we still did not have a working refrigerator. The lack of concern over my complaint and the rudeness with which I was treated - I will never recommend Gorman.

We have been through a nightmare with washers and dryers at our office. We have been through 3 used sets in 5 years.
After the 3rd one bit the dust we decided to buy new. Went to Lowe’s. Was told it would be delivered in 7-10 days. That turned into a month. We finally get the machine and it didn’t work. They wanted to repair it. We said “no, come and get it”. I then called Lauren at Gorman Brothers. She was extremely helpful. I was able to do everything over the phone. Never even had to step foot in the store! Delivered the next day! It’s beautiful and works like a charm! Thank you Lauren!!!!

I purchased a freezer from Gorman Bros and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Lauren was extremely helpful and easy to work with. She even had the freezer delivered the same day to help us out. The prices were great too!!

I highly recommend Gorman Bros for all your appliance needs! I will be using them solely in the future.
