GreenTex is a great company to work with! We decided to replace all of our windows and two doors on our home and took quotes from many companies. Those other companies that you see on TV are just high pressure salesmen trying to meet quota with no knowledge of windows, materials or quality. It felt like they just graduated from sales school. GreenTex came out and took their time to walk with us through out our home explaining in details what we currently have and what they recommended. We met them at their shop to view the windows (style, quality, etc.) to make sure that we were happy with them. During the installation, the workers were highly skilled, paid attention to details and made sure that our home looked just like it was before the installation each day. The price was fair and we received high quality windows unlike that we would get from Home Depot or Lowes. We are very happy with our new windows and highly recommend GreenTex to anyone shopping for windows.

We couldn’t be happier with our new window installation—from start to finish, the process was seamless. Graem guided us through selecting the perfect windows to maximize our view of the lake, ensuring we got the best possible design to highlight the scenery.

We replaced 14 windows, including two very large ones, along with three sliding doors. Dave and his crew—Damien, Collen, and Javier—were an exceptional team. Their professionalism and teamwork were evident, even when they had to build a scaffold and carefully balance to install some of the larger windows.

The entire process was completed exactly as promised: six weeks after placing our order, and it only took them seven days to finish the installation. Done just before Christmas.
Every day, they made sure to clean up before leaving, which we truly appreciated.

It was an absolute pleasure working with this team, and the end result is spectacular—our home now has beautiful, expansive windows that showcase our lake view perfectly. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. They deserve it!

Graeme, Dave and their team are great. We had original, drafty windows and Graeme gave us his honest opinion on the options that would work best for us. GreenTex's guys were extremely detailed and we were completely fine with the extra time they took on install.

If you just want the cheapest option, look elsewhere. If you want things done correctly and find true long term value, stop your search with GreenTex. We had a small manufacturer related issue we noticed on a Sunday evening and they were immediately responsive via phone and had the issue fixed the next morning. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a window project.

We hired GreenTex to install a HUGE window in our back office, overlooking a sloping hill down to a creek. The window is six feet tall and 10 feet wide, and it was amazing to watch the team deftly install this behemoth. We were very impressed with the finish work they did around the inside and the outside, and the owner, Graham, even came out a couple of times after it was installed to do some final checks and make sure everything was perfect. This window has been a huge, exciting addition to the house, and we are thrilled that we found a great group of people to help make it happen. I'll add photos soon.

Outstanding recommendation for the good folks at GreenTex Windows!

After 23 years in our house, it was time to replace the original metal framed windows that the builder put in. We never liked these, and it was time for a serious upgrade. After doing a lot of research we selected 3 candidate companies to explore and GreenTex was easily the one at the top of our list. We liked the fact that they are family owned and place a high value on integrity and honesty.

Our first experience was with the sales consultant, Bill. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and address all our questions. There was no high pressure or rush to make a decision (unlike other companies!!) and he did everything he could to help us meet our budget objectives while maintaining a high standard of the final look & functionality of each window. We went with their vinyl offering and he walked us through all our options. In the end, we knew exactly what we would be getting, how they would operate, look, and enhance our home. Both my wife and I were really impressed with the company from that moment on and we signed up.

Next up was our construction lead, Dave. Dave was super friendly and came out to take exact measurements of each window and re-reviewed everything with us to make sure that there were no questions left unanswered. During his time here, we decided to make a few tweaks to our selections and GreenTex accommodated us at every turn. Dave also explained the timetable and gave us a good estimate of what to expect as far as the actual install process was concerned. After this, the window order was submitted, and we sat back expectantly waiting for our installation. Several weeks later we were advised that the window order had been delivered to their warehouse and we agreed upon a start date.

The morning of our install, the crew arrived on-time and got straight to work. It's always a bit nervous providing strangers with complete access to your house, but Damien, Azan, Colt & Andy were the best crew we could have hoped for. The quality of the windows is one thing, but the quality of the crew is equally important. They were professional, courteous, and maintained the high integrity that we entrusted to GreenTex from the beginning. These gents were exceptional from start to finish. The windows are great, but the workmanship of the install was superior. Side note... don't listen to the "F.U.D." from the big-name window companies; the removal and install was done perfectly. We have a lot of brick work and GreenTex never touched our bricks and replaced/resurfaced the mortar.

The windows themselves exceeded our expectations. The build quality is amazing, and they operate smoothly and are consistent from one window to the next: no product variation. They also look fantastic both inside the house as well as from the curb. Our neighbors love the way our house looks and the new windows have raised the bar on curb appeal!

Once they were finished, Dave followed back up with us. "Do not sign or submit the final payment until you have looked over everything and are 100% satisfied". They go out of their way to make sure you are happy from start to finish. Let's face it, having new windows installed is a significant investment. You want to make sure that everything is done right because you live with the results.

GreenTex goes out of their way to make sure it is all done "right"! Completely satisfied.

Bill Schiller helped me replace french doors with slider doors. His professionalism, kindness and patience was greatly appreciated and the installation team was fast, clean and friendly. They also offer window replacement and siding installation. I have referred Bill and GreenTex to several of my friends and clients and they have been thrilled with the results, as well. GreenTex did a fantastic installing my 8 x 12 foot patio glass door. Their engineering team ensured proper supports were installed to support the 2nd story of the house once the door was installed. The installation team was fast, clean, courteous, and a joy to get to know. At every stage GreenTex went above and beyond in customer service. The fact that they are a local company makes it all the more better!
