10 stars for customer service. I will update this review once the work is complete, which will likely be in a couple of months. I've paid a down payment. They do ask for a portion up front and then there are an expected 2 more payments to pay in full. So far other contractors either want half or all up front, which I think is too aggressive and haven't felt comfortable with that. I've read some bad stories about contractors taking money up front and either taking 6+ months to complete work or not finishing at all. I don't feel that fear or concern with Guardian. We are still picking out products and then there are several steps, including permits before getting to the installation day. Owen and Joseph have been very responsive and taken a lot of time in communicating with my mom and I. Everyone's very patient, knowledgeable and kind.
