I compared different window manufacturers, and decided that I wanted to buy ES Windows because they are strong for hurricane protection and had better pricing than other manufacturers. HD Windows is the local distributor for ES Windows. HD Windows was perfect, the whole process went extremely well. They gave me excellent pricing. They also helped to explain the options - it was worth it to pay a little more for laminated glass in order to soundproof my home. Buying windows was a big decision for me, and I appreciate that they really take their time, providing both 5-star service and low prices. Some years back, I bought custom hurricane windows at a different company and had to pay the full amount upfront. With HD Windows, I had peace of mind because I only paid 50% upfront, and the other 50% once delivery was ready. The windows were delivered directly to my home, and HD Windows did not charge me anything delivery fee. It was also helpful to visit their showroom in order to see and feel the different glass types. I also bought Impact Sliding Doors. Thank you, Deysi! I highly recommend HD Windows, for the quality of their ES Windows, their low prices, and 5-star service.

Our family used HD windows for our house in Tampa Fl, when they claimed to have completed the work my walls were damaged and wiring was exposed and so many code violations I have lost count (and looking at the other reviews for this company that appears to be their specialty). The customer service is beyond disrespectful, we received threats if we did not pay our invoice even though we clearly stated that the work was not done to our standard nor the standard of the city of Tampa. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They did work for a family home and the customer service and experience was horrible. They messed up my windows, tried to tell my family it was their fault when they wouldn’t fix them, and didn’t send an invoice at the end. Said they “knew how much they owed” Truly the most unprofessional, bad, and unorganized company I have ever seen. And

This company does not follow your REQUIRED city/county codes for the windows and doors they sale and install. They sold me AND installed a door not under code for the city that I lived and they blamed customer when the law is everywhere. I submitted this case to code enforcement and DBPR. Do not trust their job or quality, they don't cover their mistakes and act defiant, worst company that I ever work for home renovation. Call a company with good reputation and save you a headache, their main business are in Miami and they apparently they believe codes on Miami-Dade are the same for Tampa Bay area.
