I came about a month ago as I ordered on sears part a replacement glass for my fridge that was measuring too big. After talking to the lady at the front desk and explaining what happened she told me that they could have cut a piece of the right dimensions for cheaper. I ended up returning my order and getting a piece cut by them. The only unfortunate event is that they had forgotten about me till they saw me going to pick it up but they were very quick to remediate. Good to know where I can get my replacement for 90$ cheaper next time.

I would recommend looking elsewhere for residential glass replacement. Initially Heights glass was cordial and came out about a week after our initial conversation. The pane was measured, cut, and about a week later the same crew came out to install the glass. They then let me know my frame was slightly bowed, and they would need another piece of glass. The bowing was clearly visible from the outside, and I understood the issue.

What I did not understand is when Heights Glass attempted to charge me full price for another piece of glass after initially measuring the frame incorrectly. It's clear they outsource their installation to a 3rd party, and whoever runs the phones in their main office has no clue what's going on.

After calling for the next 3 days, I finally get someone with authority on the phone. They offered the additional piece of glass for $100. Fine, I guess I have no other choice since they made it clear I would be on the hook for the first piece of glass no matter what.

Then I hear nothing for 3 weeks, and my home insurance is now getting involved with my coverage due to the broken glass. Nobody could assist on the phone.

They finally completed my installation today, and again, seem to have no idea what is going on. My CC on file was no longer there, then after another long conversation they find it. Is this how sensitive customer data is handled?

Overall, the installers were nice and did a good job. They seemed to have no direct connection to the actual glass company, so my problems with the incorrect glass fell on deaf ears upon the first installation. Nobody took ownership of this problem, wanted to help, or even really cared.

I would recommend using a service that manages their installations in house.

Not very knowledgeable, arrogant, and almost useless. Anything they sell you can buy online four times cheaper. I called and explained in great detail that I needed clips to hold glass shelves, with stainless steel cable that goes through the hole. They told me they had them in to come back on Monday. I came by and they showed me adjustable shelf pin style holders, not for the cable that goes through the glass shelf to be suspended off the ceiling, as I have explained. Then the owner took down my information and got back to me with some estimates. These people quoted me over $1,000 for $50 roll of cable _available at home depot) and some 18 chrome support holders. That is at the most $150 worth of materials, with a 40% markup off distributor's cost. They came up with $995 plus tax!!! If that's not a rip-off, then I don't know what is! Knowing the way they do business I would never recommend anyone even go in there and wasting their time, or overpaying! There are way better shops in Spring and even Sugar Land areas. They're very knowledgeable and truly helpful!

Incredible experience with heights glass. They came out to measure on Thursday and were back to install on Friday. They were professional, efficient and very friendly. I would 100% use them again! Special thank you to Victor- he is wonderful

We called the day before to see how long and how much it would cost to cut our mirror. Tonya was very nice over the phone and told us to come in the morning and we wouldn’t have to wait. It only cost $10!!! They cut our mirror within 10 minutes. The men that cut it seemed very knowledgeable and even cut off the worn parts of the mirror from both sides. Great, kind, and quality service! We will definitely be back if we need anymore glass or mirrors cut. Thank you! 🙂 (I forgot to take a photo.)

We are really impressed by our window. Other companies told us the entire casing had to be replaced though it had one broken pane, or there had to be elaborate scaffolding rigged up to take screens and extra panes out to replace one pane broken, and it would take all day, Heights Glass took the bad pane out and put a good one in, simple and easy! Maybe 35 minutes to do it. BRAVO!
