If you are looking for disappointment, hire them! They gave me a quote, took a deposit and scheduled a date. Every day i called, they would tell me they are scheduled to come the following day. It was like this for a month. I asked for my deposit back, its been two weeks now and i have not received anything back. I keep calling, no answers or they put me a long hold until i hang up!!

The first time they measured then came back with cut glass and installed the glass where we cut out the wood on my cabinets. It’s perfect, the glass is clear, good price per window. The mirror in my bathroom they cut was too short, they tried to make it fit but it just did not look right, could see all the clear glue in the gap between the frame and the mirror. I told them I didn’t like it and they did say I could call to come back and fix it which I appreciated and it fits perfect now! I will say though trying to schedule them to come out the 2nd time for the fix took a bit of persistence and patience but they kept their word so 5 stars.

We had a complete shower install and one shower door done yesterday on a new construction project down in Matagorda. The turned out so incredibly perfect. My showers were odd sized so Hurricane Glass & Shower came out and measured then had them made to fit. The installer did a great job of insuring they were aligned straight and sealed properly. They are extremely sturdy too.

From my first contact with Hurricane Glass & Shower I have been very impressed with their staff and the entire process. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and answered with complete understanding and patience. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend this company for your shower projects too.

I asked for a specific glass door for my house. They gave me the wrong glass door. I then contacted and reached out to them the same day to tell them that they gave me the wrong door and they said in order to fix it I had to pay another $1,100 on top of the 2000 I've already paid instead of of fixing there mistake won't be coming using them again and and don't suggest using them

Poor integrity. Company doesn’t respond to messages and doesn’t honor their own warranty. Unfortunate customer service.

recently visited Hurricane Glass of Houston and had an extremely disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. The service was not only unprofessional but also blatantly racist. From the moment I call, I was treated differently because of my race. The staff seemed to prioritize other customers over me, even though I call they would put me on hold for a very long time and not return to the phone, or they would say we will call you back and never return the call. Their attitudes were dismissive and condescending, and it was clear that they were not interested in helping me.

The staff’s behavior was unacceptable, and it made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. In this day and age, such overt racism should not be tolerated in any business. Hurricane Glass of Houston needs to address these issues immediately and take steps to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their race. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment until they make significant changes.

Had the worst experience with the so called professional technician and office management. The "tenure technician" would not install the sliding mirror closet door because he didn't "feel" comfortable installing the sliding door because of the age of the railing. I agree.. .the railing had it's better years. He could have attempted to install(like I did) the door and have us sign a waiver or agreement. It took me about 15 minutes to figure out that I could adjust the wheels enough to place the door in its rails...Once I had the wheels in place, I adjusted the wheels and the door moves like its brand new...a little rust and small dents but the railing has many more years..
