Dave, the consultant, came in to show us models of sit-in showers. He did an excellent job explaining the process. We decided to replace our whirlpool tub and shower with a sit-in shower. Throughout the process, Michele was in regular contact with us. When all the parts arrived, she informed us of the installation date. If we had any questions, Michele was ready to answer them.

On the installation day, Alex arrived fully prepared to begin. He was incredibly professional during the entire process. My husband and I were amazed at how hard he worked to complete the project on his own. We want to thank everyone involved in making this project a success.

We had a tub and shower replaced by a walk-in shower. We had a good experience with the company. Brian the Design Rep explained everything, Show pictures of the final product. Give Us a Reasonable Price. The installer Frank and Jorge was very professional and work hard all day long. They did exceptional good job. The customer service rep Michele as our follow up She was contact us all the way to the end of the installation and she was very professional and very help full. The whole project was very great. The project manager Samantha was professional and very nice. Thanks for all the persons who was involved.

I just got my only tub/shower done by Jacuzzi. I waited about 6 weeks. I was told 8-10 so I was very excited it was getting done a little earlier than planned. I had Alex come and do the tear out of the old and install of the new. It was done in a day as they said it would be. Just needed to wait 24 hrs to use it.

I did have some concerns about some of the caulk and sent a video over to Michele to get some help. Michele was super helpful. She sent the video over to her people and I got a follow up right away that they would send someone out to fix the issues.

New Alex (different than the installer) called me to let me know he was coming out to take care of any issues the following week then called Monday to let me know he would be out Wednesday. He also helped with a couple other small things. He was great. After all was fixed it turned out great and I super happy with it.

I opted for my old shower head in the photo but it turned out just as I hoped for.

Very professional. Arrived on time and finished in one day. Excellent work. And at the the end of the day, everything was spotless. They took great care to clean up. Ron and Jorge were great. Explained how to use the shower wand and the main shower head. Shared paperwork to inform us how to clean the shower and the products that can be used and products that should not be used. Olivia, the sales rep, was very helpful. She offered several scenarios. Michele followed up the same day to answer questions and asked about the work.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did a fantastic job from start to finish. Our installer, Vladimir was great. He was a true professional and also had a great sense of humor. Our install was two days due to some custom additions but he was able to get it done on time and it looks fantastic.
Michele was our follow up and she was amazing. The overall experience was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Both Vladimir and Michelle walked us through the entire process and had answers if we had any questions. Our experience was great.

I would like to say my experience with having my bathtub redone with jacuzzi was fantastic. Bobby helped us with our new tub and design. Michele made sure our order was correct and got us scheduled in a very timely manner. Bart the installer was great as well. So friendly and helpful addressing all our questions/concerns. They were very respectful of our home and got the job done in 1/2 a day

We had the tub shower replaced with a walk in shower. Everything went smooth from the design rep Dylan who help us with some planning ideas to Danial and Adam the installers who did a great job. They explained how they would do things, the job was done beyond our expectations and looks, works great. They also kept the house clean. Michele from the office kept us up to date on installation and follow up afterwards.
