Had a gutter detach from my house and called JJM. Dennis came out that day to see what was going on and sent his worker first thing the next day to resolve the issue. They were prompt and fair with pricing. Would definitely work with them again.

With all the crazy winds recently my roof had 3 shingles I found on my front lawn. Went into the attic and saw light coming in. JJM roofing was referred to me by a friend of mine so I gave them a call on Sunday.

Dennis picked up the phone and I told him my issue and he knew right away what it was and said he can have someone out to me on Monday the next day. His employee Carlos came to my house and I showed him the missing shingles and the spot on the roof where I saw light in my attic. He was able to bring the same type of shingles that I text to Dennis the day before. Carlos made the repair and also checked the rest of the roof to make sure no other issues.

Dennis was ultra quick and responsive and Carlos was a true professional and made sure everything was done. He explained everything he did which made me very confident in my decision of calling them and I greatly appreciated it.

Dennis, the owner thoroughly explained the cost, and process from start to finish. He and his crew were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. After the compete job was done, Dennis went over what was done to my roof, as far as prepping it, before applying the application. They left my premises clean.

Dennis at JJ Roofing is the best! I was very concerned about potential repairs needing to be done to our roof (per an insurance inspection). Dennis and his foreman took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and educate my husband and I about the material of our roof and why certain areas looked the way that they did. After inspecting everything, we learned that everything was in great condition and not currently in need of repair. We are so grateful for Dennis' honesty and expertise and if/when we DO need work done on our roof, he will be our first and only call. Thank you Dennis!!

Best experience working with a contractor ever! Dennis was super professional, informative, and communicative throughout the entire process and an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. His proposal was professional and itemized all the work to be done, along with guarantees. He told us he'd be able to slot us in within 10 days, and sure enough, he reached out in 10 days to tell us he was ready to get started. Day of the work, his crew showed up on time and began work immediately. They were courteous and respectful of our property. They finished installing the roof in record time - I think because it was extremely hot out and so Dennis put on extra workers to get the job done as early in the day as possible. That's an employer that cares about his workers - which translates into happy workers who care about the work they do and a better experience for the buyer. When they were done, my property was spotless - completely debris free! And the new roof is beautiful. Finally I have a piece of roof that has a very shallow pitch; I've had very bad leaks and even a ceiling collapse in the room below from ice dams in the past. The solution Dennis offered was above and beyond anything anyone offered before, utilizing special materials and techniques that make me confident the problem is fixed once and for all. And, if all that was not enough - his pricing was great too. Again, an absolutely great experience and a pleasure to work with. Can't recommend JJM and Dennis more highly.
