I recently got my car windows tinted, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Tony did an excellent job—everything looks sleek and professional. Not only was the quality of work top-notch, but the service was also incredibly fast. I was in and out much quicker than I expected. Omg! He did an amazing job! Super professional. Quick for window tinting. I have done some window tinting in my time. I didnt even trust my skills for my wifes car. Because she is a little picky. He knocked it out the park! A++ recommend! Zero light peeking through. Not one imperfection.. His window tint in the shop is nice and clean rolled. Affordable too.

I noticed a tint shop next door to a tire shop I buy tires from. In need of tint for my car, on 12/21/2017 I checked out K & L Window Tinting (formally T & H Window Tinting) on 4842 Jimmy Carter Blvd with my friend who needed tint for his car as well. It is owned and run by an Asian man who claims he's been in business for 18 years. We negotiated an agreement of $135 for each car. My friend did his Camry first. After his car was finished, he left. After my car was finished, I asked for a receipt and he hesitated saying I need to pay extra. I also asked for my friend's receipt. After asking to not put them on the same receipt as we paid separately, he told me he has to get it himself. After checking out my tint that day, I noticed the back windows had two different shades/tones. I took it back the next day and he suggested it was normal. After the after-tint care waiting period, I visually inspected and there was bubbles (which continues to spread out throughout) mainly in the back window. The edges/corners of the tints were cut off too early leaving spaces on the window without tint and not complete. Not to mention the rubber seal/trim on the windows were burned from the heating gun he used. It was as if a crackhead with no experience performed this service. His 18 years of experience is very questionable and hard to believe. My friend also noticed the same on his vehicle. The rubber seal/trim on the outside of his car looked badly damaged from the burn. We both visited him on 01/06/2018 to let him know our dissatisfaction with his service but he was unwilling to work things out with us; instead blaming the problem on our windows and telling us we would need to pay again to do the tint over even though we have warranty on them. We told him when the weather gets warmer, we would bring our cars back and after some back and forth talk he told us there's nothing he can do but he would see what he can do. We reminded him to give us a receipt for my friend's tint and he told us not to worry he'll take care of us. After advising my friend to not take his words for guarantee and get a receipt, we returned on 01/15/2018 and he again held back on giving him one. I'm not sure why there has to be any begging for a receipt. It tells us there is something else going on for him to not want us to have a receipt. Overall terrible unprofessional experience and would not recommend this guy's services. What some business owners don't understand is that if they cheat the customers, they only cheat themselves by cutting off potential customers with their own scissors. Do you know how many people will ask you who did your tint? You treat your customers well, they will refer more your way and your work will be rewarded. Yes you gained $270 at the moment but look at how much you're losing in the long run. He played himself. His work looks like it was a free service done in the street. You are better off doing your own tint and have a better outcome.
