Their service was outstanding—every member of the team was professional, easy to work with, and highly skilled. Kamrell installed our whole house with impact window/doors. We found the sales and office staff to be very helpful and responsive. We worked together to get the project finished - the install team was fast and experienced. We felt such a relief to have these in place when Hurricane Milton came this year . Thanks Kamrell !

The process started with the sales person Austin who was professional and explained the type of doors I was interested in and their wind strength. He quickly sent a proposal with a fair price. The order has been placed. I will update this review once installation is complete. From the great job installing the window and doors (Gus and his team) to the fantastic follow up from the back office( Sue , Crystal and Michelle), Iwould highly recommend considering them for all your windows and doors.

Jason Craig came to my house today for final measurements. He called a few days prior to schedule the appointment. He was very accommodating to scheduling a time that worked best for me. Jason arrived on time which seems to be unusual with most construction appointments. He was extremely helpful in answering a few questions I had and was able to quickly get his job done. Jason is one of many reasons I highly recommend Kamrell. They originally replaced my windows and are now replacing my doors.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and honesty that were so evident throughout our process. From the initial sales call through installation Kamrell was hands on. Whenever I had a question my email was answered within hours and I was given a correct timeframe for everything. The final product is gorgeous! We have a beautiful view and Justin, our sales rep, was able to design the windows to give us as much visibility as possible. A great experience!

I had numerous positive recommendations for Kamrell from friends even before getting started. Win was great, came out and measured , answered all our questions. We went to their beautiful showroom and were able to view the product. We’ve been happy with their communication. Very excited about our new windows!!! The installers that came out were excellent. They cleaned up great. I’m so happy with the beautiful windows. We just had a complementary window cleaning that Kamrell provided from. Jeff Coopers Complete Cleaning. I was very pleased with them as well. I have a feeling I might be calling them next time I need an window and screen cleaning.

We are still in the process of getting new windows from Kamrell Windows & Doors. Austin came out explained about the different windows. He helped us with what options we would need. He was very knowledgeable. Today Jason the measuring tech came out for the final measurements. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable also. He did the measurements and wanted to answer any questions that we might have. He spoke very highly of the company and its employees. He assured us that we chose a great company. He wanted us to feel confident that we would be happy with the results. So far so good.

Go with Kamrell, you don't need to read more reviews. They were reasonably priced, all of these guys are in the same ball park for the same product and Kamrell was among the most reasonable. They had really professional installers that did a great job and respected my home and family. The office staff are responsive and work with you. In an age where customer service and quality craftsmanship are lost, this company is a treasure. Thank you guys! Highly recommend.
