Ken Caryl installed my brand new shower surround less than a couple years ago. Paid a fortune, but it looked nice. Suddenly last week, the glass door completely fell off its hinges and crashed into the shower. KC said it'd be $275 just to have someone come out and take a look. I lived at my previous home for 10 years and had the same shower mount ... no issues. The house before that, nearly 20 years without any issue. But because this passed a year, KC said it isn't under warranty and wants $275 just to take a peek. I'm happy to amend this review if KC makes it right. But the failure of this kind of setup EVER, let alone in this timeframe, indicates something was wrong. I've never had a tension shower door fail, ever, until this.

The whole experience with this company was amazing and the customer service was over the top. I had a ceramic glass I needed replaced on my woodstove before this storm came in . I had called in the order this morning and it was ready in a couple hours . Perfect fit.! I will recommend this company to others within the Canyon .

I've had Ken Caryl Glass do many successful projects for me over the years: Window seal replacement, furniture glass, shower doors. Early November 2023 they bid and installed glass shelves and mirrors in a bathroom cabinet. To my great astonishment, I received a phone call today, June 31, 2024 - 8 months later - stating we have an unpaid balance due! We believe we paid around the time of install (bank record shows we paid in excess of $1,300) and haven't rececieved any invoice or communication to alert us of an additional outstanding balance since the installation. It is unacceptable that an established business calls out-of-the-blue asking for money by phone. I called back to request something in writing for us to be able to check our records. Jennifer in Accounts Receivable stated she was "simply looking out for the company for the install they had performed..." Ken Caryl has lost my confidence and future business. Timely accounting, with written proof, is standard business practice. I assume last years' receivables have already reported for 2023 taxation. If not outright fraud, at a minimum they are not attending to business. It places an unnecessary research burden on the customer to locate payment method and dates.

These guys can do it ALL! I needed a custom piece of frosted glass for a halogen kitchen light fixture so I filled in their web form asking if they could cut the piece I needed. I had found that many places can't cut less than 3 inches - mine was 2 1/4". Within a day Jennifer had my order. The next day the custom cut glass was ready so I drove 15 minutes from my home to pick it up. The dimensions and quality are perfect. Obviously, I highly recommend Ken Caryl Glass!

As a truck driver delivery here this place sucks.
They are on a city street with a narrow driveway to back into off of Lake city Street and cars parked right up to the corner of their driveway, which makes it even harder to back into. It doesn’t matter how long you sit here since the night before in my case , they will not unload until after 9 AM when all their office girls show up and can get into the parking lot. They are rude and very inconsiderate and on top of making you wait for hours on end to get unloaded. They take their good old time to unload you. For a place that depends on a tractor bringing in their material for what they need to do business they could care less about our truck drivers.

Truck number 57 needs to learn how to drive. Driving in and out of traffic with no blinker on snowy road is crazy.
