Ken's Home Window Repair

Brian M.

I live within 5 min of the location of this company and that is why I called them. That call was made 13 days ago at witch time I spoke to the owner Ken. I explained that I need a simple double pained window fixed. He to told no problem took my address and said he would get to it some time in the next 5 days. To be fair I knew that he would have to make at least 2 visits one to measure the window and one to replace it. After 7 days with no follow up I have made 5 calls to him left messages and still no response. The part that is aggravating is that I had to take the window out myself and bring it in to get measured at another company. Now I will have to wait another 2 weeks to get the window. The good news is that the company I found to make the repair was extremely nice and very fair on the price (Moore’s windows and glass Joliet). If you read this I caution you in using Kens clearly he needs to rethink his customer service.

Ken's window repair did me good. Ken came out and gave me an estimate on the repair, we agreed on that and he had to order the special glass for the window repair. Once he got the glass for the window he came out and repaired the window on the spot in less than a half an hour. Excellent service thank you Ken
