DO NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT WITH THIS COMPANY. Read this review and others before doing so. I am not sure why anyone would have asked for a 50% deposit on replacing a couple of simple glass panes. But he did and I paid it. I got 4 days of delays and excuses including leaving me setting in a parking lot waiting for him for two hours at one point. Then he quit answering calls and text and kept the deposit of $250. The wasted time was worse for me than the deposit. Although I'm not very happy about that either. Look elsewhere please.

Subbed out to this guy for one printed perforated vinyl to be install one door. Took the deposit, and disappeared. He didn't answer calls or do the work. Basically a scam company. Steer clear, if they're willing to scam another company, they will confidently scam regular customers. If you want to lose your deposit, he is the guy you pay.

He cut me a glass for my 1950 Zenith Console, was a beautiful job. Unfortunately for me It's been a little over a year and he still has not cut my glass for my Mid Century Modern Coffee Table. I paid him to do both over a year ago and I am still without the glass for my coffee table. This is not a good business practice. Do not waste your money on this guy. His a sweet talker but does not deliver and has all sort of excuses for not getting the work done in the time he promised. My vehicle never got done n never got my deposit returned, excuses for that too.

10/26/2023 left 7 screens for rescreening ordered 3 to be made. $180.00 deposit. 2 weeks later no screens finished.
11/16 picked up 3 finished rescreens and BOB had audacity to ask for $350.00 more ( he said his electric had been shut off.) I did not give him more money.I was still willing to give guy a chance to finish job.
11/21/2023 stopped to pick up unfinished screens ( 4 ) its been almost a month that he has had screens to be rescreened, and no contact, since he embaressed himself asking for a handout basically.
The 1 screen he had been working on (when he asked for more money) he did not even finish.I got cursed out, called names etc. etc..that day. So $180.00 for 3 screens, when I measured them they were all 1/8 to 1/4 inch out of square, I have not tried to place screens in windows yet. I am almost afraid to try.
So yeah if you need to waste your time and money or want to pay to get cursed at and called names.GO HERE!!! Very unprofessional he does not seem to think other peoples time is important or keeping his word about delivery date of finished items (I have to leave 1 star or it wont let me post my review).

They have bad service and he takes to long to replace the windshield. I had went and replaced my windshield and it took him all day and he still hadn't finished. Even three days later after he replaced it was still leaking water. I do not recommend this place at all. I was better off going to the valley and get it done right I was out of there in one hour.

Was supposed to replace rearview mirror bracket.... put it on upside down, said he would order another bracket but never did. When he tried to remove the upside down bracket with screwdriver, cracked my windshield. Does NOT return calls.
ADDITIONAL NOTE.....DID NOT HAVE BRACKET ONE WEEK AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE! TOLD HUBBY HE FORGOT TO ORDER IT. VERY RUDE AND DOES NOT FIX WHAT HE BROKE. HAD TO REPLACE WINDSHIELD AT MY COST DUE TO HIS ERROR..... VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Called a few business in the area, got the run-around and never received a call back. I called Kingsville Glass (frustrated, and worried I’d have an open window all night) asking for same day replacement of a home window and received just that! Other guys wouldn’t even call me back and Kingsville Glass got me taken care of start to finish, same day!
