Did a kitchen remodeling with them. Less than 6 months later and the cheap particle boards and straps between the tike and carpet fell apart. Called about it and was told they were busy. They never called back or were concerned. They obviously do not stand behind their products. I fixed it myself. Used actual nails instead of cheap Elmer's glue.

Purchased a custom shower door from them. They had upgrades available that were not available at Home Depot which made it easier to maintain and a longer life door/hardware.

We had a miscommunication when ordering the custom door and they really worked with me to make it right quickly and without any hassle on my part. I absolutely would recommend them to others and will likely use them in the future for our next kitchen cabinet remodel project.

We had our kitchen remodeled in January 2020 and I can’t say enough about the Kitchen and Bath team in Alton. The entire process was seamless and everything turned out great. Teresa and Kevin are true professionals that strive to make your experience as smooth and easy as possible. Bryan(the installer) went above and beyond in completing the process. There was nothing he couldn’t, or wouldn’t, do to make us happy. He even did some additional lighting work to make everything come together perfectly. I would like to publicly thank Alton Kitchen and Bath for the superior quality, workmanship, and professionalism that they exhibited during our recent kitchen remodel. The experience that we had with Alton Kitchen and Bath was truly second to none.

From the inception of the project to the closing date, this process was pleasant, efficient and easy to understand. While everyone on staff at Alton Kitchen and Bath did an outstanding job, Teresa and Matt went above and beyond on several occasions to make sure that our needs were not only met, but exceeded as well.

For example, on more than one occasion, Teresa made trips to St. Louis to inspect slabs of quartz for us and also visited the specialty store where we bought a complex mosaic accent tile. Matt, the project foreman, was always kind, patient and professional even as my needs changed throughout the project. It was so refreshing to work with a group of professionals who were flexibile enough to deal with unexpected factors during this project.

My emails, questions and requests were always replied to promptly, and one of the team at Alton Kitchen and Bath was always available to speak with me, live and in-person. As we all know, that is rare these days! Alton Kitchen and Bath exhibited a true sense of wanting to make our dreams a reality, and they did just that!

Lastly, Alton Kitchen and Bath showed a level of care and attention that one simply cannot purchase. We have made life-long friends with Teresa, Matt and the rest of the team and have the peace of mind to know that help is just a phone call away should we need it. I highly recommend these wonderful group of professionals if you are considering any bathroom or kitchen projects.
