We had an excellent experience with the Waterbury store. There was a range of cabinets and counter tops that were within our budget. Our sales contact Laurie was helpful and responsive. The staff involved in measurement and delivery were careful and professional. We had a issue with the laminate counter top that was quickly resolved by Claudio in the store's workshop. A very good company to work with!

I had a great experience at the Waterbury Store for my kitchen remodel. I worked with Tiffany and she was able to give me a great design for a small kitchen . The cabinets came in within 4 weeks and they quickly replaced one damaged doorfront . Countertops were installed within 10 days when I was ready. Very happy the service .

Josh was so much help with our cabinet buying experience and advice while my husband and father in law were installing. He not only sold us amazing cabinets but responded quickly to all of our emails and questions after our purchase. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and this whole process was stress free. Highly recommend for quality cabinets at an affordable price (less than half the price of other quotes we received).

Ordered cabinets plus counter back in February and today June14 got a call from one of the representative telling me that is a further delay after numerous push backs. They have no info on file about my request nor my finance company that they recommended, Had enough and cancel the whole thing. Reschedule my vacation twice because of them rip my kitchen apart and living with bins in my so called kitchen. Please please do not go to them , horrible customer service. Very misleading information on time frame and price😤😤😤😤

We had a wonderful experience all three times we used Kitchen Cabinet Outlet. We worked specifically with Laurie Praprotnik who was great to work with…so talented and thorough. Not only does KCO stand by their products, but they have been so patient with us as we navigate through the difficulties of home repair when costs are up and supplies and labor are backlogged. I would highly recommend KCO!!

I used this company when I built my home. I used them for the entire kitchen layout and the three bathrooms. Chris at the Waterbury location helped us design the kitchen layout and helped in making our decision in choosing the right cabinets and vanities. This undertaking was all new to us, but he was extremely helpful during the whole process and very easy to work with. Pricing was also fair IMO. I would give the company a good review based on my experience with the salesman I used.

I reached out to Kitchen Cabinet Outlet in Waterbury around of October of 2020. I worked with Shawn and honestly had to do a lot of the legwork myself to keep my kitchen project moving along. I constantly felt like I was chasing him for updates and emails etc.
During installation, I realized that he had set an upper one cabinet to the left of my stove and two upper cabinets to the right of my stove which makes the kitchen look awkward. In addition, the one upper cabinet hits against the refrigerator enclosure piece.
I eventually got through to a manager at the Southington store that promised to send someone out to fix the cabinet openings that hit against things. It is now mid-April and no one has showed up yet.
I will honestly never buy another kitchen from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
