I have worked with L and M windows a couple of times and they haven’t ever let me down. They are professional, friendly, and do a really great job. Chris knows what he is doing and kept in touch during the whole process. He didn’t try to oversell me anything, gave me a great price and is completely trustworthy. L and M just installed windows for the whole house and a sliding door and it looks amazing! I was so impressed that I know have hired them to do my stucco.
Work with these guys. They will hook you up and not rip you off.

Great local company!! We needed to replace all 18 windows in our home, so we got estimates from many companies. L&M was the lowest price, able to install the quickest, and didn't play any of the sales games like some others. The job was completed ahead of schedule and they went out of their way to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

I had L&M out to replace all the windows and do a full stucco job on a 4-plex I own. I would DEFINITELY work with them again. They were timely in their communication, quick with the work (and did a beautiful job) and promptly tied up a few loose ends after the job was done....

I cannot thank all of you enough. We closed on this house on October 3rd. The sliding door was beyond broken. Told us on October 6th it would be 6 to 8 weeks. Yesterday John installed the new door and did an exceptional job, while dealing with odd sizes and crooked walls and other issues. Today Julian came to repair the stucco and again exceeded our expectations. We moved here from Florida and never experienced this level of skill and service. Thank you L&M. Highly recommend.

The salesman was friendly and right on time, however as soon as I mentioned I wanted tilt windows, he stated that they don't carry them, much to my surprise. Tilt windows are the only way to go for ease of cleaning in my opinion, pretty strange that this company does not offer them.
