My mother has been there the last few months temporarily, the staff has been wonderful. I think these places get bad reputations because family members do not stay involved. My mom has been comfortable since day one, Scott and Kendra are great administrators 💜 our family highly recommends this facility if this is your families choice.

My mom was there only a few hours before they had to take her back to the hospital because she couldn't breathe. This was 11 at night. We didn't find out she was back in the hospital until the next day at 1:30, and that's only because the hospital called us. LaBella never called us! No excuse in that!!

I have had a positive experience whenever I visit my loved one. Everyone has been accommodating! One day, I stopped an administrator momentarily to ask her a question as she was about to go to a meeting. She was professional and genuine!
This evening, I was a few minutes late in leaving. I asked the Custodian if he could let me out? He ensured the area he was working was secured as the resident's safety was a top priority. He accompanied me to the front exit. He was professional and courteous!

What an amazing place! So glad to see that there is still an home for our most vulnerable that has a staff that really care for them! Staff treated me warmly and were very helpful helping me navigate the home! When walking through the halls, I saw staff greeting residents by name. When my friends room mate had trouble with the remote, 5 staff members came to the room to assist, or to learn how to fix it for others. When my friend needed a different flavor of Ensure, two staff members helped, and had to go a great distance to get it for her. I am very impressed with LaBella, and so glad they are in my area!

If I could make this negative stars I would. Both of my parents were admitted for different issues. They were able to stay in the same room. However this meant that my father was the primary care taker of my mother during their stay. It took several days to reach the receptionist. Messages were left for the nursing staff with no response. Response time for issues seems to be 4 hours. 4 hours for a cup of water, 4 hours for MD response to a hallucinating agitated pt. Etc.MD rarely on site and does not respond quickly or come on to evaluate changes in health on weekends. Eventually reached administrative staff who were very receptive initially but discharge was held up and no reason was given. No return call. My mother was going home on hospice and everything was arranged. This is not where you want your loved ones to be when care is needed. This is certainly not where you want them to spend the end of their life. I am horrified by the lack of care and attention provided by this facility. Do not allow the treatment of your loved ones to be left in their care

We've had a care plan meeting and 2 meetings with the DON . The nursing care is almost non existent at times. This photo was from 2:55 in the afternoon. I came in to find my mom in bed asleep from the night before
Her lunch tray was left there still covered up
Her bed , diaper and clothes were saturated with strong smelling urine obviously from the night before. So much for bed checks.
There is a huge issue with staffing. Call lights can go over 30 minutes without being answered .
