I have been contacting this place online and still have not gotten a response I've been there three times in person, the third time I finally saw a lady that was super rude and told me that she was only filing evictions or 3-day notices and she couldn't help me

been staying here for 1 year until our internship finish, and i got lots of “bad” experiences. I lost my bike because someone stole it even though i already locked it and that happened inside of the Apartment complex, i tried to asked them to look at the CCTV but the management said the CCTV didn’t working lol.
They don’t even send back our $2000 deposit, they told us that they will send it back prior 2/3 weeks since we left but it’s even 2 months already and we tried to sent them some email but they still didn’t respond it lol, shame on you!

It's a really quiet and safe place. I lived here for a year and I had a great experience. The cleanliness after a while got so much better no trash next to the bins no furniture out for too long and they fixed a light in the parkinglot that was very needed.

they didn’t send my deposit back untill now. i tried to make my deposit back but they ignore me. The poll always dirty. It’s too pricy. Cockroach always disturb me when i sleep. Be carefull to stay here guys. It’s not recomended to stay here.

I lived here for almost three years and never had any issues. The pictures definitely don’t match what’s on the website, but it’s a decent place to live. The units are on the smaller side, but with what I was paying that was okay with me. Most of the neighbors were quiet and friendly. The laundromat was a bit run down when I first moved in but they installed new machines. The machines were easy to use, you can use coins or an app on your phone to pay. The management was nice, Priscilla and Jose were always really helpful and friendly. Overall, I’d say they’ve improved a lot during my time there and I’d consider moving back.

Current resident for the past 2 years and within that time period we went through numerous different management. They amenities suck I’ve hardly every see a pool cleaner and they change the key to enter the pool. You only can access the fitness room through the leasing office which is awkward. The place is roach infested and they don’t do anything about it.Roaches in the laundry room it is so disgusting. The rent is extremely high bc this is not luxury living at all. The maintenance people does half jobs. I’ve only rented her bc I had to find a place quick.
