If you’re looking to work with a professional awning company that will show up, be pro-active and follow through with the work, this is not the place.

Not sure how big or small the company is, but I only worked with a guy named JohnPaul and the experience has been a drag since the very beginning. It was near impossible to reach him by phone when trying to get a quote for my business awning- I should have taken this as a sign.

Him and his company never gave any updates on the workflow, managed to lose my structural awning materials after leaving it on the sidewalk, ghosted me for weeks across multiple occasions, coming back with stories like “phone not working”, “got hurt and was in bed”, “pneumonia”, “it’s been a messed up couple of weeks”, etc. Absolutely unacceptable and not okay.

Time and time again, I was patient and gave him the benefit of the doubt, but ultimately, I was left with zero confidence that they can execute the project. When I requested for my deposit back, he sent me a half thought-out mock-up that did not reflect the font/design info I provided.

I told the company my final decision to not move forward (provided the reasons I just listed) and requested for the deposit to be returned, and to no surprise, they’ve left me hanging. Overall experience was beyond disappointing and exhausting. I feel scammed and don’t think this is a legitimate company. They claim to be a small, family owned company, but they sure don’t operate like it.

I plan to take them to court. Please don’t waste your time/resources in doing business with this place.

If I could of giving this business a zero I would of. Awning leaks missing screws began to warp . Don't give MILITARY DISCOUNT OR SENIOR DISCOUNTS . Would not recommend this place
