Initially went into Home Depot for new countertops around around the mid August time frame, their end was fairly straight forward with picking it out and explaining that they would use M&L for the install and cutting. They explained that they would contact me to set up a date to confirm the measurements, after not being contacted for a couple weeks I had given them and home depot a call and finally was able find a date to confirm a date to have it confirmed. After that it was silence again. The most difficult part of this entire experience was that M&L would never answer the phone or return any phone calls, I would constantly have to go through home depot who would then find a way to contact them and finally contact me after several attempts and left messages.

I did finally get it installed I believed mid to late October. After it was installed I noticed part of the back splash was not level, which started the whole contact issue again, extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone so I went through home depot once again and finally got them to call back and come take the piece that wasn't level. The piece was taken towards the end of December and I was told it would be a fairly quick turnaround. I understand the holidays may delay things but again even just trying to get someone to answer for an update has been nearly impossible.

This company is horrible, we got 8 different excuses as to why things were not completed. It took over a month to get a response. I cant believe they are still in business with how horrible they treat their customers. I would recommend ordering from anywhere else as they clearly cannot handle their time management.

Thank You Marty and Jeff for coming to our home on Wednesday December 28th, 2022 to install our new countertops for us in MN. You guys did a fabulous job on them,and we are very satisfied with the remarkable job you did. We absolutely love our HiMac ice queen solid surface countertops.
