We had our windows completed this week and are really happy with the whole experience. Deven White was our first contact. Honestly, we had already talked to another company earlier that day, and after a 3-hour consultation, we were not really in the mood for another one. Deven was willing to cut his demonstration short for us, but impressed us with his professionalism and overall knowledge of the product.

For a project done during one of the coldest weeks in NY, I was impressed with how fast they got the windows in and out. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and made this whole experience great across the board.

Weathers even took the time to show us how to clean and take out the windows should we need to and made sure we were not only satisfied with the work but also comfortable using the product. At just 21, I was impressed with his and his team's work!

There was literally not a bar they didn't achieve in regards to expert service, and they exceeded every expectation I had. I've worked with several contractors over the years, and these guys should write a book on expert service delivery because they were amazing.

Deven reached out during the project to ensure that everything was going well and after to ensure we were happy with the overall project. I'm so happy we gave Mad City our business, and I look forward to working with them in the future.

This was my first experience with any type of bathroom renovation, and I was very apprehensive about the cost. Shane was a wonderful sales rep. He was very personable and made me feel instantly at ease, he answered EVERY question I had (there were A LOT!), and he helped me to work within my family's budget.
