Billy and Paige were an excellent team to work with. The craftsmanship and attention to detail by the contractors was spectacular. We are thrilled with the finished product at an affordable price.

I received quotes from a number of local companies/contractors during this process and Billy was the only one who asked what we wanted and presented us with different options. I would happily recommend Billy and his team to anyone needing window or door work in the Southern Maine area.

Run. Away. I ordered windows, they're in, and I've contacted them at least 7 times to get the job scheduled and I keep getting the run around. At this point, I don't trust them. Billy indicated they'd responded to 5 of my 7 emails. But why should I have to email 7 times to get this scheduled? Plus I've called. It shouldn't be this hard. Imagine if there was a problem after the installation, like others have commented!

Edited to add in response to Billy's response: There is so much false and untrue information in the response. And believe me, I did NOT ask them to do the job weeks later. So with even more emphasis... RUN. AWAY.

I bought a window that I loved but then noticed it leaked so much that a plant froze on my window sill when the shade was down. Been trying to reach them for weeks and they never return my call. I feel like I have been ghosted. IT was not a cheap window , Voice mail box is full on consultants and main office never returns my call. I am so grateful I did not get a house hold full of windows from them. I cant get them to fix one. I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like I have tried so hard to reach them and left numerous voicemail. They never bother to respond. It is super frustrating and I am the one left with a window much worse than my old one!

Great experience..Beat quoted schedule and met quoted price. Billy was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right products for our project. Installation team was great and job site picked up at completion. We had a few minor trim issues and the team returned within days to fix them. Very pleased with the windows and doors added to our screen porch.

My husband and I Richard Lapointe recommend Maine Windows and Doors, LLC. Our experience has been great! We ordered our windows and had an expiration date of when they needed to be installed. Our agreement was met with the install. We did run into a hick-up with our screens. We ordered full screens and half screens came in. Billy ordered wrong size. He did, however in a very timely manner order our full size screen and installed himself three weeks later. Billy's customer service was above and beyond. The half screens he gave to us at no extra charge for future use if needed. Working with big contracts daily. I understand contracts and customer service. We would definitely hire this company again. Actually, I have given this companies name to a couple of my friends for they deserve this kind of service and pricing.
