I can't say enough how pleased I am with the new roof on my house! Peter was absolutely on top of the situation from beginning to end. His entire crew was amazing! Due to the fact that my home was built in the 1850s there were a great number of decking boards that needed to be replaced. Peter gave me a very fair quote to get everything just perfect. My property was left in impeccable condition! Thank you Peter and the entire crew for giving this house a whole new life! The roof speaks for itself. I highly recommend Majco Roofing!

This roofing company is by far the most professional I’ve used so far. They have a huge crew who completes the job in a very timely manner. My roof was large and very complicated with seven dormers, 2 skylights and multiple gables . The extremely polite and hardworking crew completed it in only 2 days. The owner is responsive and pleasant and his prices are very fair.

These folks met and exceeded my expectations, in quality of work, timing, flexibility, and going the “extra mile” . Both Peter and Jamie have a very professional and personal demeanor. Their crew knew what they were doing and worked quickly and tirelessly. My work entailed both a new roof with some unusual features and gutter repair. Amazing. Majco Roofing was amazing. They not only prepared the roof for an addition but completed the entire roof in one day. The organizational perfection of the roofers were impressive and fun to watch. There was no standing around. They were also meticulous with the clean up. This was the second time I have used Majco. Majco far exceeded all our expectations and I am so happy we decided to work with them! Peter was so communicative throughout the whole process, all the pricing was giving up front, and the day of the service the team showed up promptly at 7:30am and was done by 3. When I had contacted them for estimate; they were professional and helpful to me as I choose the shingle type and style. The gave me a fair cost estimate and a date range they would start the job. They were able to begin on date estimated. There was a team of 9 workers that day who worked as a team to get the job done by end of day. They cleaned up the worksite and hauled away old shingles in a dumpster they had brought with them. Haven’t found any nails in the grass or flowerbeds around the house. I would use this company again if the need ever arises in the future. Thank you Peter.

I was desperate on a Wednesday in June of 2019. My home owner's insurance was going to be cancelled due to the family home's location and proximity to the ocean. I had to get a new policy, and the first questions asked was "How old is the roof?" Since it was over 20 years old, I called MAJCO for an estimate. The owner, Peter Mitschele was nearby; he was able to stop over within the half hour. He gave me a reasonable price and said he had a crew with availability on Saturday. I agreed, and by Sunday I had a new roof, the yard was clean, and I had peace of mind. In the fall, I called him to do a restoration of the garage through adding a permanent metal awning, replacing the garage doors with French doors and a window, replacing three additional exterior doors, and constructing a "mackdaddy" outdoor shower. Peter and Majco are great to deal with, fair on pricing, use great communication, and most of all, use common sense to solve problems and meet and exceed expectations. His crews were polite and great to have around. I managed most of the construction from 900 miles away since this is a second home; I never questioned the trustworthiness or honesty of any of his representatives.
