Unfortunately I'm not able to give 0 star's. We are a local body shop and called Master Tech Auto Glass hoping to start a relationship with them to do our glass work at our shop. We had them remove a windshield, rear glass and two quarter glases and they absolutely botched and ripped the rubber moldings on the two quarter glasses to the point that we now have to replace them completely. We called and spoke to the manager at Master Tech Auto Glass to let him know what happened, hoping he would offer to cover the cost of the replacement quarter glasses since their technician damaged them and all we got was "Well we try to warn everyone that sometimes this happens"....Are you kidding me?!? I would have even been happy if he would have offered to split the cost with us but no, he showed no interest in making good on their technicians mistake. We will not be using nor recommending them to anyone in the future.

Fabulous Auto Glass Repair. I called to check prices on Thursday of last week. Not only was this company way more reasonable than Safelite, but they also put wipers blades in my vehicle free of charge (I had the wiper blades here). Kyle W, technician was here today, only took him a few minutes, he was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend this very honest and professional company, you will not be disappointed!

Great service. They repaired a chip in my windshield and it looked as good as new. They had me in and out within about 30 minutes even without an appointment. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

10/10 would recommend. My passenger window was shattered yesterday at work. I am a mom of 2 little ones and I am currently 6 months pregnant. I was freaking out trying to figure out how to remedy this situation. I took it to the dealership close to my work and they informed me it wasn't part of my warranty. However, the dealership kept the car overnight so I could figure out the next steps. I did not feel safe driving it anywhere further as just getting it to the dealership was sketchy. It was cracking just the short distance I had to drive. Working in conjunction with MasterTech, Sandy Muerer State Farm Agency in De Soto, and Twin City Toyota, they got my car fixed and returned to me this afternoon. Their schedule was so busy, but they understood my situation and were able to fit me in today anyway. I couldn't be more grateful. I am so happy to have my car back completely fixed. AND they put a window back in there that was tinted, so I didn't have to pay to get it tinted to match my other windows. 100% recommend. Speedy service from people who actually treat you like a human being and care. I will use them from now on for glass services!!!!

they replaced my windshield perfectly, quickly and at a fair price.. unfortunately due to it being an older car and a weird model of mirror, my rearview mirror broke off just a couple days later. All it took was a quick phone call and trip back to the store and even though they were unable to fix my original mirror, they simply replaced with a new stock mirror at no extra cost.

Amazing service and very quick service, which was desperately needed as I was relocating across the country and needed to be to my destination as soon as possible, but a shattered window threatened those plans. Thankfully they were able to get the glass ordered and installed very fast. Can't recommend this place enough!!!!!

This is the second time I’ve used this company. Got a full windshield replacement on two separate cars. Super easy to work with, affordable and they do great work !!
