I have seen a lot of windows, as I own a window cleaning company, Window Hero Huntington. Master Windows asked me to clean the windows on a job they just finished installing. The quality, craftsmanship and beauty of the windows they installed are exceptional. The service level Master Windows provided their client was thorough and the clients really recognized the perfection of the installation. That said, they are a pleasure to partner with as well.

Master Windows is amazing.
Evelyn and her team did an amazing job. They replaced all windows in my apartment. It was not an easy job because the window opening is arch shaped. In order to remove existing windows they had to remove interior drywall around the window.....and they did it!
After installing new windows they added millwork all around the window to replace the drywall they had removed, and they even painted!

We just finished having two windows and one front storm/ screen door installed in our house. MASTER WINDOWS was the company we chose to hire.
They could not have done a better job.
The two owners are smart, personable/ friendly and exacting both in their presentation and work. They brought with them two installers who knew exactly what they needed to do and started working immediately.
They arrived exactly when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves.

Just WOW. Evelyn responded to me right away after asking for multiple appraisals from companies on repairing and renewing my windows which were 30 years old. Literally was so informative and knowledgeable, walked me through every step and question (about 20 emails back and forth) and was SO patient with me, it was a big price to spend so I wanted to make sure!
I ended up going with Master Windows especially because of Evelyn's expertise, gentle nature, and quality. I am SO happy I did, the windows are only a few days old but just WOW I cannot say anything else. I have already recommended her to my family and colleagues and I will continue to use her for the rest of the windows that need to be done. Great value for a great price and I am just so so happy with how everything happened. The installation day also was done in about 3 hours for 11 custom huge windows. Evelyn then showed up a little after to thoroughly inspect every single one and explain the process of any warranty should there be an issue, what an incredible experience from start to finish. I wish I could give this 10 stars.
