Fouad was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He communicated promptly, clearly, and courteously. I got 4 quotes on my shower door and his was the most reasonable, but I also decided to go with him because I liked the quality of his sample work on Instagram, and he struck me as a sincere and honest person. He was very patient with all my questions. My shower door is beautiful and installed quickly. He even tried to help me with a patio door that was giving me trouble. I will definitely call on him again for all my residential glass needs. So nice to find a professional who takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to do things right!

All great! Fouad (the owner) is friendly, professional, and a true craftsman. He promptly responded to my initial inquiry regarding a sliding glass shower door, carefully looked over my desired work and discussed options, and offered a variety of products including one with the exact features that I desired - at a fair price. He worked cheerfully with my schedule limitations. When the vendor sent him the wrong door model, Fouad offered a discount if I was willing to accept it, and immediately re-ordered the proper model when I decided to stay with the original plan. Installation of the two 72 lb tempered glass panels by Fouad and his assistant was careful and exacting. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend Metric Windows to anyone considering a bathroom remodel. Thanks, Fouad!
