This was a great experience from beginning to end. Barry was very prompt to come and give us an estimate. He was very honest with his thoughts on the windows. His crew did an incredible job. Metroplex Windows and Glass replaced all 19 windows on our home this week and they are awesome! From the moment the crew of 4 arrived at 9:30 AM through completion by 4 PM it was a smooth running assembly line.
After having the new windows 24 hours we've noticed that our home is quieter (outside noise significantly reduced) and the A/C is not running nonstop as the windows are keeping the cooler air inside longer. Contact Brian Cole if you want a great wibdow replacement experience!

We are not satisfied with the work done. The windows have shown up with cracked frames, without the screens, the guys who are sent out for the actual installation are so disrespectful of our homes. Each time they have destroyed the inside of our home. They never take their shoes off or wear shoe covers, they track in mud and dirt and left rocks dirt screws glass all over our home where the work was done. They do not clean up. They did not seal the windows and after the first rain it was leaking inside our home. They damaged our faucet to the kitchen sink. Brian is aware of our disappointment but y’all keeping texting me to complete a review after I’ve said I have nothing nice to say. So here you go. Now stop asking for a review.

Alex, Ruben and David at Metroplex were awesome. Oversized custom windows were replaced and the installation was flawless. This was not a routine job. Took time to make sure the job site was as good as they found it and didn’t leave until they made sure we were happy with the work. Really good experience and fair pricing.
