We originally started our order with Steve Cotton on 1/27/25. We were quoted on double hung windows but decided to go with sliders. I was not approved for financing, so my wife applied and was approved instantly. So the order, went thru as usual. When the windows were installed on Monday 3/10/25, we were asked for payment by the installers. We explained that we financed the windows and they said no problem. Two days later, on Wednesday, Steve Cotton sends me a text saying "Vince what's going on with the final payment for your windows?" my wife was approved, but applied incorrectly. Nothing was followed up on. I now request another invoice, because the ones sent are time stamped, he sends me a vague one with just a final price.

We apply correctly, then everything is all approved again. We have been going back and forth from double hung to a picture window with sliders, then Steve telling me that we cannot do the picture window, sliders only. The pricing stayed the same, but the $328 yard Sign discount is not on the final invoice. We talked on the phone about this and I said that I do not agree, but I'll accept this. This is when Steve blew up on me raising his voice, berating me for at least 30 seconds. He accused me of calling him a "liar" and a "thief"....his words. As soon as he stopped berating me, I told him to not raise his voice at me like that and that I never called him a liar or thief. I told him this conversation is over and God Bless!

I didn't give zero stars because the windows are awesome! The installers were great and communicated well with us! The job was fast, clean & efficient!

For me, being a single woman getting repairs completed( for My Home )can be a very arduous task. Steve Cotton and his team at MidWest Windows made my experience delightful. Steve came over for the initial consultation. In comparing him with five (national and local) other companies, he had the best quality windows at the best price. Next came the measurement of the actual windows. His team was on time took their shoes off and completed the appropriate measurements for six windows. The windows were ordered and within the time identified which was 6 to 8 weeks. I received a call and email from MidWest Windows scheduling the installation. The installation was seamless. They arrived Monday morning as scheduled completed the installation of the windows took down the blinds put them back up and were out the door within six hours. I have another project for 2025 and they will be on the project list for my windows on my main floor. If you’re looking for exceptional windows at an exceptional price, MidWest Windows is the company for you.

Steve from Midwest was great. When he came and spoke to my husband, gave us a demonstration on how the sun/heat can affect our current windows and what their windows can offer with energy efficiency. He was informative and down to earth and earned our business.

My experience with Midwest Windows has been amazing. First, I received 3 quotes and Midwest Windows was the most affordable and the offered 0% financing for 18 months. (Of course it depends on your credit). Second, the sales person was knowledgeable and direct. Out of all the companies that came to my home he was there the least amount of time. Third, I ordered 16 windows and a door from MW Windows and they had them in a month. It only took the installers 8 hours to complete the job. I am very pleased with the work that was done and that the salesman suggested getting a door instead of a window. I’m that I happy went with MidWest Windows.

I found the company with a google search. We were looking to replace our Anderson french doors but wanted a pet door built in. We searched but did not find many companies that offered this option, until we called Midwest Windows Direct. Steve Cotton came out and was very professional and friendly. He went over our options and they offered multiple pet door size options! They also offered financing and we placed the order. Midwest customer service was amazing, from Steve to the office staff. They kept us updated throughout the process. Our doors were installed within the time frame advised at time of purchase. They look great and are built to last. We will definitely contact Midwest again for our future window and entry door replacements.
