Very Professional company from the owner to the entire crew. Showed up on time and performed the window replacements for our entire upstairs. Also had to do quite a bit of wood frame repair as we have a 120 year old home which Milestone did a great job as well. Highly recommend this company for your window needs.

We needed a window replaced in a secondary bedroom because the old one was original builder grade (1997). The old window was stuck in place--literally would not open--which was dangerous in the event that someone needed to exit via the window.
The window also had little to no insulation properties remaining--it was freezing in the winter and hot as blazes all summer.
I called Gene at Milestone for a consult/measure/estimate. He came out that day and explained that we did need a full window replacement and what we could expect from his product in a 3-4 week timeline. (windows are made to order-50% down, balance on completion.). We priced the big names (Anderson, etc) and found their price to be 2-3x that of Milestone. We placed the order, Gene texted me when the window arrived, and we set up an installation date. Raul and his helper arrived on time, removed the old window, replaced it with the new one, showed me how to operate it, and cleaned up the area completely. I could not be more pleased with the product and installation. As a side note, they got the window installed just a day or two before the most recent cold blast. The difference in the temperature of the room and the fact that we no longer have a draft in there--it was amazing. I can't say enough about this company, product, and workmanship.

What a great experience! After getting quotes from several different companies Milestone beat all of our expectations. My husband is a tough customer and this installation was seamless. The owner even came out to check on the progress. From the very beginning, when Todd saved me from making a terrible mistake to the delivery of the final product. John and his install team were incredible. Answered all of my husband’s questions and installed as he wanted (properly!).

Great experience from start to finish. Todd even followed up a week after install to see how things were going with our new windows. The install is the most important part of new windows and the installers were excellent. Definitely are using them again for some of our other projects coming up.

Milestone Windows showed up exactly on time. They summarized their process for the complete house window replacement and gave me an approximate completion time.
Their service was excellent! They finished right on time. They replaced all window treatments mini blinds and curtains. They cleaned up and replaced all furniture back to its original location and then vacuumed all work areas. Highly Recommended!!!
