My experience with Morales Roofing was exceptional, the crew was very punctual, professional and treated my home with respect as well as made any and all repairs that made my roof better than original. Mr. Morales wasn't like the many roofing company rep's that came by seeking my business. He treated me with respect and gave a true value quote and I appreciated him speaking with me as thou I knew a bit about roofing. Most rep's assume everyone don't know anything about roofing. I would recommend Morales Roofing to anyone, and you will be satisfied.

I would highly recommend Morales Roofing for many reasons. Bernard was my project manager and he couldn't have been more professional. He was on time for every appointment and called ahead to confirm our appointments which was an added bonus.His quote for the work was very fair and professionally prepared. His team did a very professional job and we were invoiced for the exact price quoted. No add on or hidden fees. We were very pleased with Mr. Morales and his roofing company. He was very thorough and honest on his estimate. We have a no pitch patio roof that was added after Home was built. He was the only roofer of 4 who bid the job that came up with an excellent solution to replacing the existing rusting metal roof and having it blend well with an architectural shingle roof. Both the torch down rolled roof section and the original home roof were done supremely well. It’s been over a year now since we had Morales Roof & Stucco replace our roof and absolutely no issues have arisen. 5*****

Poor customer service! It took a week to finally get someone out to the property for an estimate after calling and setting up. After Morales came out, he gave me the estimate, and promised to be by the next morning to complete the job. That's where the problems began. I kept calling the office and every time I spoke with Avilenne Gil, she always had an excuse why Mr Morales have not showed up to my property and also ensuring me she's gonna message him and return my call. Not only did she nor Mr Morales NOT return my calls, I had to call the office yet again and which she keeps given me the same broken info. I will not recommend this company for any type of work due to their lack of communication....

Morales was contracted to do the roof on my new construction residential home in October 2017.

Before I dive into the negative, let's start with the positives:
1) It is a 'one stop shop' in that I simply told them the shingle I wanted and the roof got put up. I was able to avoid the hassle of buying my own materials which is something a nearby competitor like Garcia wants you to do.
2) The receptionist Keyla is very friendly and very responsive. Never once had a problem with her not passing on a message.
3) The actual work done on the job appears to be of good quality.

On the negative side, let's start with the duration. I've never had a roof job that took more than a day or two. They started on a Friday and finished on a Wednesday. The owner Mr. Morales told me by the Monday that they will "finish tomorrow" but no one showed up and I had to ask them to come finish on Wednesday.
The worst part though was the incredibly poor estimating job that was done. Their initial bid came off the plans only and was a decent bid. I then asked if their bid included installation of an ice and water shield for a low-pitch area (something I had to point out to them) and was told quote: "for that low pitch roof area the installation of ice & water shield was included in the material & labor quote. However, for just installing it he says it would be $250." So, basically, they arbitrarily added another $250. A few days later the owner Mr. Morales meets me at the house and tells me the estimate is now too low and there's more squares needed than he thought. So he tells me he'll revise the estimate with a whopping $1,000 of extra squares and he'll "overestimate and only charge [me] what they actually use." Finally the work gets started later the next week. I wake up one morning and there's ANOTHER $700 "estimate" in my invoice. I had to contact them to find out what it was and they said it was ANOTHER overrun of more materials they needed.

So, to sum it up, my initial estimate was right at a whopping $2,000 different from the actual amount I paid. I expressed my disappointment multiple times with Mr. Morales but he seemed disinterested in my feedback. Just be careful when you get that estimate - they will bid low to win the work then bulk it up with overruns.

I have used Morales Roofing for our church on two occasions for small roofing repairs. Mr. Morales is quick to come out for the estimate and has always been fair in that estimate. He schedules a work date and stays with that date unless weather intervenes. We are pleased with his work on both occasions.

Would not reccommend. Used during the purchase of a house, July 2020. Roofers were hired to fix all leaks, replace some but not all screws in a metal roof. Roofers fixed one leaky section, left many others. Called them for over 3 months to come review their work - time after time said they would but did not show up. Ultimately, in October 2020 Morales said they would not honor warranty on their original contract/quote to fix all leaks.

Would not use again, do not recommend.
