I just had a walk-in shower installed and am already in love with it! I was prepared for a 2 day installation, but Geraldo from National Bath arrived, alone, at 7:45 that morning and worked until the job was done. He was amazing. (I even had to remind him to take a lunch break.) He was courteous and did a good job of explaining how the shower controls work.
Ben, the salesman, was very helpful in the planning and listened carefully to my requests and made a plan that was perfect for me! It came at a price that I found to be affordable for me since I live only on Social Security. Ben found loan payments that are affordable and within my range!
Thank you, National Bath, Ben, and Geraldo for giving me a much needed project that I am so happy with!

My wife and I absolutely love our new Walk in shower. We had five contractors come to our house and quote us on a bathroom remodel. National baths was not the cheapest nor were they the highest price. They had the products we wanted, one piece pressed stone walls no grout lines to clean. They worked within our budget and Help with financing. Darren and his assistant did a magnificent job. There attention to detail was fenomonal and greatly appreciated. They completed the job in a day and a half. Christian has been extremely helpful with service after the sale. I feel the company actually cares about its customers. I would highly recommend national bath for your shower Remodel.

I had a new shower installed in 9-2023 by National Bath Inc, in Tampa ,Fl. Yes , just like you all NEW customers of 1 week,2 weeks ,a month ,a year the shower looked beautiful -just like the pictures.
NOW 2 years later 9-25 ---- Since a few months ago i started noticing yellow stains in ALL 4 corners of the shower ,in the middle divider sides and around the drains .I also have seen this week a dark shadow like water leak in the union of wall below the water faucet and the floor.
i contacted National Bath INC early this month and sent them pictures of areas of my concern and YESTERDAY i received an email answer saying that they will not help me ,not come and see for themselves what I am referring to ;and MOST OF ALL NOT stand behind their own 100 % LIFETIME WARRANTY. They wrote that it is likely due to "not enough nor good cleaning and not using the recommended scubbers listed in their maintenance instructions or not doing the required NEEDED -and regular sealants.
I gave a one out of 5 because there is NO ZERO.I spent over $20,000 on this new shower 2 years ago .The material used in the floor of the shower is TOTAL JUNK . I don't know what it is plastic, acrylic or vynil or a mixture of all .It is totally impossible to keep clean and looking decent .I am 70 years old and do clean it after I shower every day WITH their recommended cleaners and even a battery operated scrubber with different brushes.
To be told that it is because not cleaning is an insult and disrespect to me ,a senior.
I found out yesterday that this company does NOT answer the BBB complaints in 10-15 nor 30 days . So I wrote what I saw and have had to deal with ;here and in Facebook.
To new recent customers -GOOD luck not having the same problem or 2 years from now. If you can ,cancel within first 30 days and get your money back ,run and do it .To NEW customers --instead of spending OVER $20,000 in this junk -go with TILES and CEMENT that do not require you to be a slave in cleaning and do NOT need sealants every year.
Again I give ZERO rate to National Bath Inc. It is the biggest economic regret of my 70 yr life .This company is not senior friendly -they are GREAT in advertising and convincing you to buy from them but later do not honor their own 100% LIFE guarantee. Yee ,they do not even have the courtesy to come see personally the-2 -year -later -results. They answered immediately" Its not their fault -it is the customer's fault .

Edit: After using the shower for some time I have noticed several issues. The doors do not keep the water in the shower at all. This is an issue using both the hand held and rain head. Each shower is leaving approx 1/2 cup of water on the floor (more if you have kids). The next thing i noticed is that after only a month the black from the handheld is wearing off where it goes into the holder.

Reasonable price. I like the quality of the materials. Salesman Dariel was professional and patient while choosing everything for the design. Installer Geraldo got it done quickly and kept everything really clean. I always felt super informed and everything was double checked before install so there were no unwanted surprises. Most of all, my shower looks great.
