I am so happy I chose NewSouth Window Solutions to replace my windows and my patio door in my home. The company personnel is great as well. Talon Watkins is the representative who presented the product and the company plan. Representative Jason Poplin arrived on time for our appointment. Not only was he exceptionally personable and friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable regarding home window replacement. He had a window sample and explained the construction of such. He also demonstrated the economy factor with a heat lamp and heat ray. Although the appointment was much longer than anticipated, we feel very educated about the windows that will be installed in our home. As a bonus, Jason helped so much in looking for any discounts that could help make our home improvement price tag a little easier on our wallet!!

We are very pleased with New south! They were half the price of other window companies. They do make their windows custom to your home so it does take a bit longer but it is 100% worth it. Talon our sales rep is very personable and came by after the install to make sure everything looked great. The installation crew did trample my plants under the windows being repaired but it was to be expected. Talon went out of his way to get new plants to replace the trampled ones.

We just got our windows put in, quick and in a timely fashion. Amanda Nelson was so detailed and very informative when advising us on the best windows for our home. Along with every step and how long the process would take. Not only was Amanda amazing and such a friendly person, the install leader Michael Little was amazing. He walked us step by step, him and the crew were so nice/ informative. They cleaned up after the install, made sure to let us see the finished product for any questions/concerns. Made sure all windows were working, and we understood each detail. We can not be happier with New South, we will definitely be telling others!!!
