We had 3 Marvin Infinity windows and a patio door installed. The installation was difficult, they had to remove an old bay window & create a new wall for the windows & they created a new opening for the patio door. They did an amazing job and it turned out perfectly! Gary helped on every step along the way to make sure we were happy & satisfied with the final product. We will definitely be using Next for our future window replacements.

My sales guy, Dave Saam, was super knowledgeable and responsive. He would text promptly and even come back out to my house if I had any in depth questions. He is a gem. Give that man a raise!
I had a huge sliding, French patio door installed and a second back door that goes from my patio to my laundry room installed. They gutted out the previous doors to the inner frames and replaced everything inside and outside. One of my doors had a rotted beam underneath and that was replaced at no extra charge!
The installers did an amazing job and were very thorough with everything! Even hanging tarp up so no dust went into my family room or kitchen.
I’m super pleased with the high quality of product and work that I will get my front door replaced by this company and eventually my windows.

We had a Marvin Infinity sliding patio door installed by Next Door and Window. Sales rep Zach was good to work with and helped us arrive at a good price. Their showroom has lots of door options to browse through. Installer did a great job in removing the old door, installing the new one and cleaning up. We will go with Next Door for future projects of replacing all our windows with Marvin Infinity. Highly recommend this place for your next window/door project.

Posting after having our windows installed for about 2 years.

First off - the windows are fantastic. We are very happy with the look and feel of them. Even after 2 years they look just as good as day of install. The installation team was very professional and efficient.

Secondly - about 2 years after install, our local city inspector made it a point to review all of our windows. Unfortunately, an issue was found with one of them. I was able to call NEXT and have a representative get on the phone with the city inspector and talk through the issues and how to resolve them. The representative was Mitchel - he easily spent 30 mins on the phone and was extremely patient. He was able to immediately order a replacement window at no charge and get the issue with the city resolved quickly.

I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service that NEXT provides. I think this is a lost art in today’s world and somehow NEXT knocks it out of the park.

Great carpentry work and going the extra mile to make the back door perfect. He also covered the area under my storm door with material so it looked new like the door. I had another local company replace this door already and I shouldn’t have needed to redo this work. A few years ago, NEXT also replaced my front door with storm and a new side window and it was also fantastic work. And still is. Highly recommend these guys!

My patio door window was broken and the door itself 50 years old. I called NEXT Door & windows and the process was so streamlined. Everything was told upfront and installation was a breeze.

Mike & Mike did a AMAZING job installing my patio door. They took down my curtains and put them back up, including the alarm I had on my old patio door. They brought their own mats so as not to scratch the floors and cleaned everything up. The new door is BEAUTIFUL and they even added insulation. I highly recommend this company. SO happy with the entire process and new door.

***In response to NEXT and the reply. I have been the house owner since 2017. I am not sure how stating the door was installed one year before I owned the house negates the fact that incorrect trim pieces were used and glued together from the beginning.
Additionally a door frame should last more than a handful of years before it starts corroding due to poor installation and weather protection.
The pictures speak for themselves for what quality customers can expect.

When the door was installed they ran out of enough trim wood and decided to cut two pieces and glue them together instead of using one seamless piece. This door is in a dim area and I did not notice it for several years until I went to go paint the walls around it. After I noticed this and called NEXT about it they now want to charge me to have them fix their own faulty workmanship.

At the same door installed by NEXT is having a hard time sealing correctly. I noticed that the frame has a bulge outward. This was the aluminum frame starting to corrode and disintegrate. Again due to poor workmanship the door was not weather sealed well enough to keep moisture away and again NEXT wants to charge me to have them fix their own faulty workmanship. To sum it up when NEXT does the install they hope you don't notice the workmanship issues right away so that they can charge you later for fix them.
