I had 2 wonderful installers Fred and Zack, who worked very well together and made a great team. My doors are beautifulI. I went from a door with 2 skylights to French security doors. It was funny, I knew I was going to be happy when, after the guys completely finished the job it started to rain! I think God was so happy with the job they did and how beautiful the doors turned out that he wept out of joy for the rest of the afternoon!

Next Door & Window were so great to work with. We had all our windows replaced in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the whole process from start to finish. The sales team was very informative on the product being installed and stayed in communication with us every step of the way until our windows were ready for installation. Once again I had a wonderful experience with Next Door & Window, from start to finish. My latest project were two fiberglass front doors which Fred and Zach installed. From my first interaction with NEXT, I had nothing but a fabulous experience. I found all the individuals to be extremely professional with deep subject matter expertise, fabulous follow through, and Carol, my sales rep, listened to my needs and concerns and ensured they were all addressed. The install went super smoothly and the installer made sure he cleaned up well after he completed the job. I highly recommend NEXT, they may be a bit more, but you pay for the quality. I’ll definitely be using them for window replacements.

Next window and door was wonderful to work with throught the whole window buying process. The sales associate was very patient and helpful. He answered all our calls in a timely manner and changed several things in the contract for us during the signing process....the windows arrived earlier than expected and the crew did a wonderful job installing all 16 of them over 2 days. The crew cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned up some of my dirt by the front door! The windows look great and function perfectly. After install was done I had Costco come out to quote us on new blinds......the Costco worker told us that these were the best replacement windows he had ever seen. He said the person we hired did an excellent job. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were superb!!!

After a fruitless search for the perfect front door, we stumbled upon Next Doors and Windows in Burr Ridge, Illinois – and boy, are we glad we did! We were on the hunt for a double door, and unlike other places we'd visited, Next Door had exactly what we were looking for.

From the get-go, their communication and service were top-notch. They were committed to providing us with the product we wanted, and they delivered on that promise. The installation process was seamless, handled by true professionals who knew their stuff inside and out.

However, there was a minor hiccup along the way. The initial lock we had agreed upon wasn't included in the final product. While it would've been appreciated to know this upfront, they swiftly addressed the issue and provided us with a suitable replacement.

Despite this slight bump in the road, we couldn't be happier with our experience at Next Doors and Windows. Their extensive offerings, impeccable service, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them a standout choice for anyone in the market for quality doors and windows.
