I believe NT Windows are manufactured in Fort Worth. Do yourself a favor, if that is what the installer is quoting you, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. I got 10 windows installed. Discoloration, gaps in the window frames, gaps on weather stripping, I got laminated windows and there is no STC rating on them. NO indication they are laminated which you pay nearly $400.00 per window more for. I contacted NT Windows, they insinuated all of it was the installers fault. When I showed them pictures they defended the discoloration and the gaps as they did not see it. Two conversations, both, ended in a shouting match. They are not going to take responsibility for bad quality control no matter what. Quality issues they refuse to see. Home Depot has the same window for 50% less money. And the quality, from what I received, is no different. Avoid NT Windows, they are NOT a quality window.
NOTE! The pictures attached are the ones sent to NT Windows. And in their response they indicate the "information" they have is markedly different. The windows are discolored, the window is not tight against its frame, loose parts fell out of the window, and the seals of the window itself have some kind of grime on them. And these are only a few of the pictures sent to them. But then again, deny, deny, deny, is always the best policy.

I purchased windows that were manufactured by NT windows via the window source of Houston, I was told at the time of purchase that these aluminum windows have a thermal break in them making them less susceptible to the elements. That was not the case, anytime the temperature drops, these windows have condensation build up and when the temperature gets below 32 degrees the windows freeze. I’ve called this company and sent them pictures and all they do is give you the runaround. The warranty manager Rick is rude and of no help at all, he initially blamed the issue on humidity. When they sent out one of their inspectors who said that humidity had nothing to do with it, he then blamed it on the installation. Never once admitting that they sold me a product that does not do what they claim it does. These windows are very expensive to be performing the way they do. I would have been better off with the Pella fiberglass windows or just the plain vinyl windows. Their so called Twinsulator aluminum windows aren’t worth the money and this company does not stand behind their product. I’ve had these windows for only a few months and I am already exploring options on having them removed.

We have NT windows on three of our properties beginning in 2013. This year, 2024, we upgraded our 40 year old home with the Presidential Series windows. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality and appearance of the NT Window. It has been a great improvement to the look and value of our home.

We have been super pleased with our new windows. They’ve made our den quieter, temps better-regulated, and with replacing 25+ year old windows, our view to our backyard is literally much clearer now!

Great product and functionality. Beautiful windows that provide much better insulation and clarity that the builder grade windows did not have! Door not by NT Window.

To start out this review I'd like to say we are currently happy with our new NT Windows.
We were in the market to replace the original windows in our 41 year old home.
Our primary goals in this upgrade to new NT Windows was to make our house more Energy Efficient and more comfortable.
Early impressions, since we just had our windows installed at the end of March, is that the house is definitely more comfortable without any drafts or without any large swings in temperature regardless of the outdoor weather.
A new plus for us is that we are now able to open up the windows on our house on mild days to enjoy some of the mild breezes of the season.
On the Energy Efficiency front I do keep close tabs on our electricity usage. (We have an all electric house.)
Our electricity usage has definitely dropped when compared to April & May of 2023.
The general numbers are showing something in the neighborhood of a 15% drop in electricity usage.
Now many things come into play when I do these measurements.
And as I collect more data I'm sure we'll be able to provide more definitive savings numbers as differences in the weather and seasons normalize out the data.
For now, suffice it to say we are seeing some energy savings with the new NT Windows.
In summary I'd say we are happy with our choice of new NT Windows.
The house is more comfortable and we can now enjoy opening the windows on mild days.
We are seeing significant energy savings.
And to top it off, the windows look pretty good too.

As promised in my previous post at the end of May I wanted to provide a bit more data concerning the Energy Savings we are experiencing with our New NT Windows.
The following is a Top Line Energy Usage Comparison for June 2023 vs. June 2024
Based on my carriers weekly statements (Reliant) my electricity usage is compared to an "Average Neighbor"
In June 2023 our house was using 23.8% Less Electricity than the Average Neighbor.
Not bad, and it gives you a baseline as to what our house was capable of in June of 2023.
In June 2024 our house was using 50.25% Less Electricity than the Average Neighbor.
This is a pretty dramatic improvement in Electricity Savings from 2023 to 2024. (We used about 26.5% less electricity in 2024 versus 2023.)
And the major difference is......
You guessed it, our NT Windows are basically the only difference!
I will continue to collect data and monitor my electricity usage, but essentially using 26.5% less electricity in June 2024 is a very good sign that the new NT Windows are doing their job.
