Ken and his team added a much needed portico over our front door last Spring. I probably spent a year researching and contacting companies before I came across Nu Concepts. Where other companies either never responded, quoted outrageous prices, or did not construct them at all, Ken showed up and pretty much saved the day. He showed me an expansive portfolio of other similar jobs they had completed in the past as well as provided references of other jobs that had been completed in my area. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for and the work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. I have gotten nothing but compliments on the new portico from friends and neighbors. We first meet Ken when he came out to quote us for new windows. Prices were fair and I never felt like I was being pushed into anything. The work was great and any minor issues were resolved.
A few years later, we did 2 large sliders with another satisfying experience. Most recently, we finished off our door replacements with a slider, a French door, and a beautiful front door. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ken and Nu Concepts again and I'll continue to refer them to others.
