Absolutely Awesome Customer Service, Quality and Timeliness! We contracted with Ozarks Millworks for our Hotel Remodel and were completely satisfied with all aspects of the job. Our Bidding process was smooth and transparent. I dealt with Matt and Kennett through the process and their attention to detail and ability to turn our vision into reality was really helpful. Throughout the process, like other remodels, we had some delays in other trades and the Ozarks Millworks Teams were very accommodating to ensure that their install teams fell into the the synchronization of the schedule. This was very helpful. I was really impressed with the quality of the products and their install teams. During the install, their teams were fast and doing quality work as if it was their own business. During the Quality Assurance process, their installers walked through with us and ensured that everything was top notch. I really appreciate when we deal with a business that treats you like your the most important customer they have. Great Job Team!

We recently worked with Ozarks Millworks for cabinets in our apartment complex, and they did an outstanding job. The craftsmanship is top-notch, the cabinets look fantastic, and the whole process—from design to installation—was smooth and professional. The team was reliable, easy to communicate with, and delivered on time. We’ve had great feedback from our tenants and will definitely use Ozarks Millworks again for future projects!

We had some custom dining room millwork done for our retirement community. Worked closely with Matt, the GM, who was fantastic and explained the process from start to finish. Kennett and his install team worked to get everything perfect! Ozark Mill Works is a great company that we will use again!!

We got stuck working with Ozark Millwork because for some dumb reason Southern brothers construction awarded them with our business. Had we known what a dumpster fire this company was we would have never approved it. We were told millwork was "6 weeks out" about 3 months ago and its still not complete. When they showed up to install they actually suggested we remove the window from our building to get the item in the building despite knowing and agreeing to measurements prior. The work is mediocre and not even impressive and what do you know, our countertops aren't even here yet after giving them months to complete. Wish we could go back in time and select different contractors. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different company and thank me later!
