The caulking around the window had several gaps which cause a leak from the rain. Spent allot of money for these windows with them. They covered only first 5 years, if to come out $250 dollars. I have smell in the room which I think it's mold related.

1.7.25 update. I still stand by my review.

Pacific Shores installed windows & sliders throughout my home. They did a great job and the installers cleaned-up each day they were here. We enjoyed their good old fashioned customer service and proper communication throughout the process. I even received a call from them, the week after after the install - asking if we had any questions, concerns or additional requests. Good stuff.

Pacific Shores Windows service was excellent from Marc in sales walking me through the whole process and explaining things to be aware of and the crew that came out to remove my old windows and sliders. These guys were very efficient and did the whole house including four sliding doors and cleaned up by the early afternoon. I was very impressed and happy to recommend them! Thanks.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. STAY AWAY!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Their staff dropped the ball on our order, ignoring our actual window and door schedule. We spent over $62k on our order for ALL of our custom sliders to be delivered 3" shorter than our actual plans. The quality of their AG Millworks doors is also absolute garbage, there are gaps in all the doors, the wood is cracking and there are tons of staple holes and areas we need to correct ourselves. They sent a service team to our house who were extremely rude, did not fix anything that they came to fix and left because they said they were hungry. When I called them to see if there was anything they could do I was yelled at and they went into defense mode and denied any wrong doing on their part. This is an absolute joke of a business, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
