After considering a few options, we went with Pasco Window and Door because their prices were competitive and their reviews signaled that they were a good company with quality workmanship.

We had 3 doors and 3 small windows replaced in our home because the prior workmanship from the previous owner's install was shoddy.

The quality of the product was outstanding and the workmanship was fantastic!

They sealed all gaps and rebuilt our frames so that the doors and windows had perfect fit with smooth opening/closing.

It was a life-changing experience.

The only thing to note, and this goes with most all installers these days, is that it took several months between the order and the execution because the manufacturing to size takes time.

Not unusual - just something to note if you haven't done door/window replacements.

Their staff was friendly and professional and a pleasure to work with.

They even sent us a rebate offer that came up after we already closed our deal.

Now that's integrity!

We never had a sliding screen door, our house didn't come with one. Pasco Window & Door came highly recommended. Our only mistake was trying to make this happen after 2 hurricanes, they were extremely busy. They may still be busy, but they came through, after waiting for it to be custom made, they delivered and installed a quality sliding screen door. This door opens with one finger, rolls like butter, the installation technician Jeremy was a pleasure to deal with, he was very proficient and knowledgeable and didn't leave until the door was to his standard. Excellent quality and worth the price, box stores have nothing on these guys. Thanks again.

Pasco Window and Door has qualified installers. Recently I had an entry door and garage window install. We were highly satisfied with the quality of the installation performed by the team lead Rob and his assistant Jordan. Both were extremely polite. Came on time and worked diligently until the project was completed. Would definitely recommend these installers.

PASCO window and Door. Never again.

I ordered and placed a large deposit on 2 doors on August 6th. I was told it would be about 4 months, probably sooner but that’s what they were quoting. Fine, it seemed a bit out there and longer than my other quotes, but they had to order the doors, pull permit etc., understandable.

After about 6 weeks I call PASCO door and speak to my salesman and ask when is someone coming out to actually measure the doors so you can order them? Frustrating. I had to call 2 more times before someone actually came out to measure them. He identified himself as the owner and “measured” the door openings etc. After that I hear nothing more. Their communication skills just suck. I don’t know any better description at this point.

So Nov. rolls by Dec. rolls by, no doors, no call, nothing! I call January 7th and say hey where are my doors, you’re just shy of 2 months late if the 4 months you quoted me.

Mark tells me hey we have an opening Tomorrow! I’m thinking WTF? If I hadn’t called would they ever have reached out to me, instead of me having to chase them? Unacceptable. So I said I have other work being done in the garage so come later in the month.

So we agree on the 27 of January. January 27 comes, Rob shows up, and (he put my front door in last year great guy, (all of them actually that do the installs are) and then tells me both doors were ordered wrong. Lock holes drilled where they shouldn’t be and the other one was the wrong swing. FFS.

So once again I Call the office and they blame the door manufacturer. Now, how does a company that only does windows and doors drop the ball like that? No one verified correct order? No one checked before they actually drove here with the wrong doors. Luckily Rob caught it im glad I didn’t leave the wife here, as she wouldn’t question them, Figuring they knew what the company was doing.

I asked Mark for some credit or a little discount for having my money for 6 months now, and went round & round with Mark again. He told me some one would call me back after he checked with “the boss”, whoever that is at this point. Some man behind the curtain a la wizard of Oz.

I had several other vendors quote me the same job, specs on the doors, etc. they were nowhere near as pricey as PW&D, but I was happy with my front door, they installed, again pricier than the other 2 quotes. Also they had in house installer crew, not “sub contractors” like the big box stores. Again l, Rob and Johnny did a great job today.

So, if you don’t mind paying more, getting Dicked around and paying a considerable sum upfront for 6 months, this is the company for you! Never again for me.

Update: here are some photos of quality issues. I honestly feel they found these doors in the warehouse after realizing they screwed up the order/ scheduling process.
