Julian has been so wonderful to work with. He has been attentive, but never pushy about helping replace our windows. We just replaced three larger custom windows and I’m thrilled with the final product. It was all done in one day and everything was cleaned up after. I can’t recommend enough and we will keep using them to replace our other windows.

Pegasus Windows was a dream from start to finish in getting a new bay window for my house. Eric laid out the process with ease and professionalism. Very fair price and I appreciated suggestions Eric had concering choices. The installation team were courteous, puctional, and absolutely meticulous when they were done. Great experience with Pegasus! We replaced 4 windows in the front of our home. Eric was great to work with - very responsive, professional, and a nice guy. Our windows were installed in less than 4 weeks after we ordered them which was faster than expected. The guys that installed them did the work in a morning and did not leave anything for us to clean up. The windows look great - modern and clean. Our neighbors even commented how nice they look! Eric, was wonderful from beginning to end. He made sure to explain all windows to my parents the process. Also was very timely with the time frame he gave us. The installation guy Elik Zawadzki, was very professional he really did and awesome job with the front windows. He truely is a great craftsmanship. I would recommend them any time. Pegasus did an amazing job. From Eric getting the whole thing commissioned and delivered in 30 days after custom ordering over 30 windows, to his absolutely amazing craftsmen Mike and Elik who are hands down the best people I've encountered since we moved here in 2017, I am happier than I could have imagined. Exceptional job all the way around.
