Pella replaced 16 windows. Max and his crew produced high quality work and a quick installation. They originally told me 3 days and his team finished in 2 days. They are all polite and hard working. Our house was cleaner after they left. The quality of Pella products is far superior than the Rivco windows we had replaced. We will be going back to Pella for the two sliders I need replaced in the future. The communication was far better than a previous experience we had with Lowe's. Looking forward to working with them again.

I had the distinct pleasure in meeting with Norma Poirier yesterday to discuss window replacements. New Construction Vs Replacement and the advantages/disadvantages of both. The experience was simply awesome and could not have gone better. Norm articulated the differences and took the time to explain it in real terms. What I appreciated most was his ability to pivot from speaking intuitive to getting into the finite details (as I am an engineer). I appreciated his promptness, candor and professionalism.

was outstanding. I wish all home project consultants could be
like Norm This is our fifth house and so we have experience with
sales reps in the past. We were completely at ease with him, felt

I had an estimate appointment with Norm Poirier for windows. Norm arrived on time and immediately displayed an easy-going friendly professional appeal. He was extremely knowledgeable about Pella's products, manufacturing techniques, and history. He answered all of my inquiries and tried to investigate information to obscure ones I had, including references to competitors. I spent about three hours with Norm, so I feel that he helped me to be an informed consumer going forward.

We are in the process of receiving estimates for window replacements. I chose Pella first since we recently had Pella sliding doors put in and we have been very satisfied with the product and customer service. The salesman Norm was professional, knowledgeable and willing to give us estimates with a few different options to meet our needs and still remain in budget. I was impressed with his honesty and lack of "pushy salesman" attitude. He was aware that we are getting other quotes but did not bad mouth any of the other companies and simply said to get back to him when a decision has been made. He even fixed a problem with one of the existing windows (not Pella) that we had trouble getting the original company take care of. Thanks Norm!

We were on Pella's website but had some specific questions regarding the look, fit, and capability of the windows. After requesting making an appointment for a rep to talk with us, I received a call asking if we would like him to come out to our home. Norman Poirier arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. Norm has an easy going and welcoming personality. He took the time to get to know us, our project, and our interests. He was well informed with Pella's standards, installation requirements and processes. We couldn't have been more happy with Norm and would highly recommend working with him!!

Norm was very professional but also personable which helped keep us at ease throughout the entire visit. Norman was awesome as usual. ( I had had 1/2 of the windows done a few years back). He had recently emailed me to let me know that prices were going up soon, did I want to take advantage and order the rest now and set up an install. He is prompt to discuss pricing options. He is not pushy at all. He is funny, pleasant to talk with. Let’s just say I’ve got the install date in my calendar. 👍🏼🏡🪟
