I highly recommend anyone who appreciates quality aesthetics and design check out this showroom! I was impressed by the concierge level service and the hands on experience. The young ladies who helped me were knowledgeable and welcoming. They offered a genuine interest in assisting me without any sales tactics. I was provided with the perfect balance of guidance and space to explore. I really appreciated this approach as I was never overwhelmed or pressured. I'd mentioned that I was just interested in learning what my options were but wasn't ready to purchase anything. Yet I was treated with the same integrity as if I was buying. Aside from the customer service, the aesthetics are so amazing I’m mentioning them again! The attention to detail in every aspect of design in this place is beyond impressive. You can see, touch, feel, and be provided info on any and everything related to Pella products. Go see for yourself!

Drew came out to evaluate our windows and instead of pushing us to replace the ones we were concerned about, he offered far less expensive alternatives, that didn’t involve his company. He was also friendly and loved on our dogs. ❤️ Should we ever need to replace windows, Pella of Ft Worth will be our first call.

Ernie, the sales rep who came to our house, was knowledgeable, very entertaining, and answered all of our questions. He provided samples and helped us customize our order, including changing the hardware finish. Both Ernie and the fellow who came to take measurements have promised that great care will be taken not to damage surrounding trim during the installation process. We are hoping that the installation goes smoothly.
