We were needing new windows and we contacted Pella, Shawn H. was our rep. He came to our home and was very thorough explaining everything about the windows. He was very friendly. We scheduled to have them installed when they came in. Not too long of a wait. Delivery was on time. We had Dave, the installer, install 8 windows in 2 days. He did a fabulous job, he knew what he was doing. We needed a bay window taken out and put in a side by side window. The installers for that window were great also. Everyone cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommend Pella for your windows. Also got a follow up call from Shawn, which was great too.

I chose Pella to replace all my windows in my home and so glad I did. My salesman Eric was very knowledgeable, pleasant, took the time to explain everything to me and broke everything down. I didn't feel pressured at all. Noel then came out and took measurements. I can't thank him enough as he worked around my work schedule. Dave and his co-worker started installing my windows yesterday & finished up today. I'm very impressed with the way the windows look and work. They did a fantastic job installing, clean up and windows were spotless. My salesman Eric stopped by when Dave was finishing up to see if I have any questions or go over anything. Overall, the team i worked with were top notch. I highly recommend Pella Windows and Doors.

We are so pleased with our new exterior and storm doors. The two gentlemen were extremely polite and knowledgeable during installation on a bitter cold day. They were meticulous in cleanup after the door was installed. They spent extra time cleaning hardwood floors which were hard to get dry due to cold temps. The door fits beautifully, changes the whole look of the exterior, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Pella!
