Definitely 5 stars for Peninsula Bath. The arrives on time, worked all day, and cleaned up every day that they left. They never left anything out of place and they were respectful of every other part of my home. I absolutely recommend them. Thank you so much. I love my new bathroom!!! Some old and some new pics. We recently had Peninsula Bath install a walk-in shower for my mom, who is losing mobility due to Alzheimer's. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the experience was excellent.

Rodney Long, the owner, came out personally to assess our needs. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned about ensuring my mom’s safety and comfort. He made thoughtful recommendations tailored to her situation and was eager to get the process started quickly.

The installation team—Orlando, Victor, Omar, and Joe—were amazing! They were extremely professional, respectful, and communicated clearly every step of the way. They asked thoughtful questions to make sure the shower was installed exactly as needed to best support my mom. The entire job was completed in just one day, and the crew left the space spotless.

I cannot recommend Peninsula Bath enough. They are professional, friendly, approachable, and always include the customer in important decisions. Amazing team and we are happy with the end result!

Peninsula Bath just completed a complete master bathroom remodel. Total teardown to studs and subfloor along with some wall modifications. I am extremely happy with the results along with their company. Communications were excellent, the initial meeting to spec out the build was extensive and very detail oriented.
We set a start date and the teams showed up on time and continued uninterrupted until completion. No ghosting or unexpected delays happened (where/when do you see that by contractors anymore?). Orlando and Candy were fastidious in performing the core work of demo and rebuild. Incredibly polite, hard working and cleaned up, even mopping the adjoining bedroom and hallway floors, before leaving each day. Electrical, radiant heating install, tiling and taping were done by other specialist crews and all done very well. Just high quality work all around.

Anyway, we are extremely pleased with the final results and highly recommend Peninsula Bath. I only give them 5 stars because I cannot give them 6!

We had both our full bathrooms remodeled between June and October of 2024. The team at Peninsula Bath did such a great job on the master bath, that we contracted to have them also remodel the upstairs bath.

Our salesperson was Frank Melson - and he was excellent. Providing up options for the acrylic and for the soaking tub. The team who did the work included Nate and Summer. They did a terrific job.

We didn't keep many before pics, but below you'll see the pics of both bathrooms! I would recommend Peninsula Bath if you are thinking of remodeling your bathroom.

Awesome replacement bath company. Needed a new bath after old one was cracked and leaking. Peninsula Bath came in with the best price and top shelf materials One day installation was a cherry on top. Highly recommend these stars in Sussex county.

Cody came in for our initial consultation and we talked about what I wanted (larger pan, walls to the ceiling, and a better door) and what we needed for my mother (bench, grab bars, and a secondary water location). I wasn't sure if I'd get everything, but I did, and then some. Mauricio and Samar came in to do the installation and they removed the old shower, rearranged the plumbing, and put the new shower over the course of one (long) day. We appreciated the fact that they got it done in one day and absolutely love the finished results! We often joke about things we do for the house being "the best purchase ever" but I truly believe this is and I'm so happy with the team at Peninsula Bath for making it happen!

From the first time I reached out for an estimate to the completion of the job everything went as promised. Cody the salesman made the process of picking out the new fixtures and bath design a breeze. Candy in the office communicated every step of the way. The two install techs arrived on time every day, the work they performed is top notch! They made sure to clean up after each day and took pride in their work. I highly recommend Peninsula Bath for your next bathroom renovation! I will be calling them again for the spare bath remodel in the future!

I rarely leave reviews because frankly they're a pain but I am so pleased with Peninsula Bath I just feel like I need to say something! Apparently the previous owners of my condo painted over the tile in the master bathroom shower. Which started peeling about 6 months after I moved in, as you can see in the "before" pictures below. I contacted Peninsula Bath via their website for an initial consultation and I received a call the next business day to schedule an appointment. The sales expert that I worked with, Frank Melson, was a pleasure to work with. He discussed all of my options and never once tried to upsell me or talk me into something I didn't want. He did make some very helpful suggestions I hadn't thought of such as an additional grab bar and replacing the shower head with just the handheld attachment. The two workers who did the installation were meticulous and so thorough with removing the old shower and installing the new one. Not one speck of trash or dirt or dust was left behind! Overall, I highly recommend using Peninsula Bath. They are a locally-owned company so you can keep your business on the shore! The new shower is even kitty approved:)
