On 12/20/2024, I left my brand new dream car, a 2024 CT5-V Blackwing under their care to install a clear bra to the front clip. The car was a birthday gift to me from my loving wife. A car I had been waiting over 2 years to get and within 48 hours, it was in the Cadillac body shop to have the entire front bumper repainted due to damage inflicted by Perfomance Clear Bra of Fort Worth.

This was the first place the care was taken to from the dealership. The Clear bra was the 2nd part of this wonderful gift from my wife in which they charged her over $1500.00 for and nearly all of it had to be removed to repaint the bumper.

They never told us the car had been damaged while performing this service. We just received a simple text from the manager/owner saying the car was ready for pick-up. To our surprise, we were heartbroken to find paint chipped off all along the front bumper of our one day old $121,000 car. The owner denied responsibility and blamed GM for cheap paint and charged us the full price of the clear bra as if nothing happened. My dear wife went back and forth over email asking for a refund and Performance Clear Bra refused every opportunity to make right on this and went dark. We waited 2 months before writing this review in hopes they would find it in their hearts to refund our money. We even offered to have them re-do the car. We've never heard back.

We are taking legal action and are going to the news and Better Business Bureau about their business practices and extremely poor customer satisfaction, not to mention their potential devaluation of our $121k car.

Performance Clear Bra did my new Honda Ridgeline truck paint protection film (PPF). I had them do a partial front, door cups, mirror, door cups and door edges in Legend film. They did a terrific job on the installation and I’m very pleased with it. I had a competitor shop owner tell me that he was impressed with the application, after a close inspection. I contacted the team at Performance Clear Bra, to help wrap my new Corvette. They were very accommodating due to some issues I had with a recent surgery, which meant I couldn't give them an exact date on when I would be able to actually drive the car and get it to them from the dealer.
The team did a fantastic job and the wrap is amazing.
They took the time and never rushed the job, and you can tell as the car looks amazing.
I even had some questions concerning the windscreen wrap, and they took it back in and took off the original and applied the new one.
I would fully recommend the team at Performance Clear Bra, especially if you have an expensive car and want to make sure it is protected on the TX roads.
