Unlike other builders, Brandi was never pushy. When we first met her, there were no lots that fit our needs. We had been told by several builders that that they would call back when something became available, and she was the only one that did. She has always been trustworthy and done what she said. She was extremely well versed in Perry home plans that would meet our wants and needs. She was upfront and transparent with us. If she did not know a specific detail, she would promptly find out and inform us. She helped set expectations for the sales, design, and build processes so we knew what to expect before we approached those phases. If we came across something that looked different than what we expected or additional customizations we wanted to make to our plan, she would work with us to give us options to what we wanted without breaking the bank. During the whole process from beginning to end we felt that she was our advocate within the Perry organization to help us get what we wanted and needed. She was always available no matter how small the concern. We were made to feel that we were her only customer. We would build another home with her in a heartbeat.
